Excellent, fast and knowledgeable

Frauke is a really good travel agent. She has travelled extensively herself and therefore simply "gets it". She is very fast and precise and in our case, she got us everything we wished for. I highly recommend her and her company REISS AUS in general. In addition to being really, really good, she is kind and funny!

the support undecided people require

The easiest way of scheduling and booking a long travel in that case in Asia. Frauke's way of communication and support, whenever we changed the plans (too many nice places to possible go to) gave us the freedom and information we required in a super friendly and helpful way.
So big thanks to Reiss Aus and I'll definitely book again via your homepage.. then the northern hemisphere.

Exceptional Service

We had a wonderful experience with REISS AUS! All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and fast - and helped us plan all of our flights! Would definitely recommend REISS AUS for anyone planning any kind of big trip! Thank you Sina and the rest of the team!!

Reiss Aus is just the thing for us

Reiss Aus is just the thing for us, the travel agency which helps you decide when and how, and then gives you a pat on the back when you are ready to leave. From our first day of inquiry, throughout our four month trip and until we got home they have always been a reliable source of help and knowledge. Whenever we had second thoughts on staying or leaving, visa questions, volcano eruption doubts, Reiss Aus! was always there to answer us ASAP. The answers were always helpful and to the exact point. I would definitely do another trip with them!

Everything worked wonderfully from the …

Everything worked wonderfully from the first day. On a world tour many questions arise, everything was resolved to our satisfaction in a very short time. With the offered additional offer everyone must know whether he needs somthing or not. We are comlettely satisfied and we would always book there again.
