Customer service is also top notch. Got my faulty shoes returned, and as I have bought them on a discount, I got to have the same discount on the order for the new pair.

I was looking for a car to fit six people, a few big luggage and a buggy into for our 7 day tour in the south of England.

I stumbled upon Fairview on an aggregator portal, where the prices seemed too good to be true for a Crew Cab Ford Transit. Looked almost sketchy.

Then I inquired a bit around the company and decided to book. The booking process was done by email, and although we had a few changes of plan, Fairview handeld it professionally. I sent them all the necessary documents up front.

The pick up at the airport was smooth, they even contacted me on WhatsApp with the details of the pickup.

The car was in a pristine condition, and well equipped. The procedure to take it took about 10 minutes. Andrei was really helpful.

When I had a warning light light up on the road I contacted them and they let me know what to do, even in the weekend.

The drop off was also easy. Once again I met Andrei here and he made everything easy. Thanks a lot, Andrei!

All on all, I wish more people would know about this company, as they are really good. Will definitely book again!

I would have a suggestions to Fairview:
Sending the rental contract out per email up front would be beneficial for the customer, I did not know that there was a daily mileage limit on the rental
