The owners turned this amazing company into a horrible one. Customer service is nonexistent now. They don't reply to emails, Live chat is down. They increased prices. I didn't complain because my experience was so positive. One month later they asked me to pay another fee that i've never paid before. Contacted them multiple times via email and live chat and no one answers. If the owners read this I would like you to know that you are destroying your company.

Especially since you apparently had a very positive experience with webgo in the past, we can fully understand that a delayed response or an invoice that seemed unexpected to you would feel particularly disappointing.
We would like to put the matter you described into context. Your email from the 19th was answered by our team on the 22nd. Nevertheless, the fact that you had to wait several days for our response does not meet the standard we set for our service. We would like to sincerely apologize for this.
The charge you mentioned relates to PHP Extended Support. This was already announced in March and applies in cases where a PHP version is still being used that is no longer officially supported. To allow websites running on older PHP versions to continue operating temporarily, we provide this extended support. At the same time, we extended the grace period during the transition to give our customers more time to update to a current PHP version.
We understand that technical changes like this and additional costs require a clear explanation. That is exactly why it is important to us not simply to refer to the invoice, but to explain the background in a transparent way and to look together at how the use of a current PHP version can be implemented sensibly.
Regarding your feedback about the live chat, we are unable to make a final assessment at this point. However, if we did not manage to assist you promptly there, we are very sorry. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We would like to restore your satisfaction and clarify the matter with you personally. Please feel free to reply to the existing ticket or send us a short message referring to your review, so that we can assign your request correctly and find a good solution together.

I almost freaked out when my blog, lyonessandcub, suddenly didn't display images anymore. However, WebGo helped me immediately, sent me detailed, technical emails with instructions of what to do, and finally ended up fixing the problem for me (it was a right-click protection plugin that had screwed up my website). They even wrote to me in English. The next day, my blog was displaying everything perfectly again. Thanks for your great customer service! Best recommendations.
