I've been using CleanTalk for about a year now, and they have blocked many hacking attempts and spam for me. I never had a single issue with my blog, although I can see from my reports that several people all over the world even guessed my admin login name, which I needed to change. I like their statistics that show me from which countries and how many people/bots try to hack my account.

I almost freaked out when my blog, lyonessandcub, suddenly didn't display images anymore. However, WebGo helped me immediately, sent me detailed, technical emails with instructions of what to do, and finally ended up fixing the problem for me (it was a right-click protection plugin that had screwed up my website). They even wrote to me in English. The next day, my blog was displaying everything perfectly again. Thanks for your great customer service! Best recommendations.
