One of the worst and unprofessional company. I ordered an item since 2 weeks and they are keep on giving fake promises that they will deliver the item this week and then next week and so on. I would highly advise everyone not to pay for their expensive paintings and then not getting delivered. I am going to raise a complaint to shut down the company. Do not fall in their trap which they mentioned on their website to deliver in 3-5 working days. They are totally fake.

Website does not work properly. Customer service does not respond in time. I was charged twice and could not cancel my order. Website feels like a scam page.

The picture we bought has a good quality and also the frame has good quality. At the beginning we were a bit concerned about the delivery time because on the website was written like 4 days. But shipping from NL to DE took round about two weeks. Which is fine. But it would be nice if we knew it at the beginning. The costumer service was directly responding to questions. Very nice.
