Just notice that wallpaper arrived in one package and tools in another next day. We were vey eager to get it up, so I went out to get the tools, only to realise it arrived next day😊

We bought the largest version of this family wall calendar. To be honest, considering the price, the quality feels a bit cheap. The whole thing is made of quite soft plastic, which causes it to bow out from the wall. We actually had to install small 90-degree angle hooks just to keep it flush and support the original screws.
Additionally, the outer plastic (the 'glass') is set so far away from the inner plastic (the 'wood' look) that readability is a real struggle. The gap creates shadows on your writing, meaning you have to have perfect lighting and stand at just the right angle to see what you've written with your whiteboard markers. We’ve kept it for now, but if I could do it over, I would definitely look for a better solution.

I paid for home delivery but the shipping company delivered to a delivery point 2km away from my home instead. I’m 9 months pregnant and had to carry a heavy package because I don’t have a car.

I asked wall-art for a refund and but they would not take any responsibility over a shipping company that they choose.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never buy from them again.

We are so satisfied with the ordered pictures. Easy to order the items and delivery was good.

I think Wall-art is a scam, and I wish, I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered. I will never recommend or buy anything on Wall-art again.

The wallpaper has a very good quality and it looks expensive. It's easy to set up. Recomand it.

Still haven’t received my order.
Was ordered on September 1. and only part of the order was delivered to perfection. Already paid for the full order I’m still waiting for the last delivery. I don’t know how to track this or who to contact/ confront. DHL can’t deliver on my address (even first delivery was without problems ) and do not know the status of of remaining delivery. Will I ever receive or just lost?😞

I bought the glass panel for my kitchen. Fast delivery and as I had read the notes about the glass would give the picture a green tone, I could accommodate that and paint the tiles green also. It looks amazing.

I have ordered 2 wall papers. I have not recieved any of the two wall papers. It was send to my previous adress and not the adress that was on the order…this is so unsatisfying.

I have ordered here two times now. And I am fully satisfied with my purchases.
