This has been the worst delivery…
This has been the worst delivery service I have ever experienced.
They never delivered my water. Every single day for an entire week, they came up with a different excuse. First, they claimed that no one was home, even though we were home all day. Then they blamed heavy traffic. The next day they said there were unsafe road conditions. Every day there was a new reason why they couldn’t deliver my order.
To make matters worse, they charged my card even though I never received the water I paid for. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would never recommend this company.

I stop ordering water from them a long time ago, some mysterious way I been getting orderings for some flavored water and seltzer water which by the way is disgusting I drink neither. I am appalled on how unprofessional this is considering I tried to explain this shit to them and still it went through one ear and out the other. I have paid the bill and i will no longer be ordering from them again and to think i was about to start up again i think the hell not in a couple of days i will be deactivating my account find someone else to play with assholes.
