I’ve been with Hinckley/Primo since 1985 so I guess you can say I enjoy it. The delivery charge is expensive and it takes longer to make a payment because you posted like a week or so after I’m one that likes to pay my bills as soon as possible. Have a great Fourth of July.

Terrible Company... Sparkletts was way better!!
I had service through Sparkletts for 10+ years and they were great! About 2 years ago, Primo water/Ready Refresh took over Sparkletts and it has been nothing but problems. They rarely show up when they say they will. Then, I have been out of water completely for the last two months. They will come and pick up my empty bottles and not leave any new ones?? I have tried requesting water through the app, calling customer service multiple times and they keep saying they will deliver it tomorrow, or next Monday, or whatever day they want to choose to "appease" me, but the water never shows up. I was more than patient and respectful and just constantly got the run around. I cannot believe I waited two months to cancel, but Sparkletts was always so good to us, so I was trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt. I will never use them again.
