Ordered Huben 350 bar pump and K1 rifle as outlet items from hubenairguns.shop. The rifle arrived able to fire single shot only and the pump had a broken stripping tool and rounded screw heads that make disassembling the pump impossible.

When I asked about the product I got quick AI replies but concerning repairs and reclamation no one has answered me in 48 hours.

This group operates several air gun shops with varying prices, but the quality of the products seem to be a hit and miss. It's pretty much do you get lucky and get a working product or will you end up in RMA hell.

Edit: as I like to be truthful, the warranty process went well. Wolfiek/Huben provided spare parts, after me diagnosing the problem, and suitable compensation in product for the time spent.

Would I buy straight from Huben/Wolfiek again?

Yes and no. This is company that over promises and under delivers. They have mention that they inspect the items before shipping included in their delivery notices and it's clear this doesn't happen. I would probably try to find a local seller if possible and as final option purchase straight from the source.

Great support, professional and kind

I have just bought a rifle directly from the Wolfiek Group, and I need to say that the customer service was excellent, I had loads of questions while choosing the right rifle for me, and these guys are so helpful and really fast to respond to any questions I threw at them, from technical and safety questions, to shipping, and I always got a solid answer, I would highly recommend Wolfiek Group, the quality of the rifles engineering and overall look, feel and functionality are totally outstanding, I'm very happy with my kit and the buying experience in general

this was (and still is) a horrible experience:
after ordering and paying for the air rifle there was no communication for more then a week. When I contacted them they told me it was normal that it would take some time because they wanted to make sure that they only deliver top quality and well tuned air rifles, but they were busy with my rifle. (sounds nice)
but then some days later I get a mail informing me that the caliber I ordered was no longer in stock, so can I please choose another caliber. They did offer a add a pretty nice rifle scope as compensation but because I already had one in mind I declined and offered in stead to purchase an expensive conversion kit to go with the rifle and the newly chosen caliber that they did have.
They agreed and informed me my discount would be less then the cost of the scope they offered me as compensation. I informed them that this made no sense because I am now spending (a lot) extra so the discount should be higher, and they agreed.
After more than a week, again, I asked them when I would finally get the payment information for the extra purchase so I could pay.
Info was sent, payment was done.
Again more than a week later I ask when the shipment will be made because I want to start having fun with my rifle. More or less the same answer as the previous time was given: we are on it, we want to deliver quality, ...
A couple of days later I receive another mail informing me that the conversion kit is not available at the moment. Do I want to wait or do I want the money for the kit back?
I tell them to ship the rifle and keep me in the loop for the conversion kit (if it will take months, pay me back, otherwise just send it when it arrives)
They (finally) sent the rifle.
The shipping info mentioned that the conversion kit had also been shipped.
When it arrived home it turned out that it was, in fact, only the rifle. Oh yes: the quality and well tuned rifle they promised? The rifle is indeed high quality (but that is because of the manufacturer) but it isn't tuned at all.
I asked what the plan with the conversion kit because it wasn't in the parcel, even though the shipping info said it was.
no answer so far.

Communication problems
I bought GK1, very happy with the purchase. I give it three stars because of poor communication.

Lack of timely response following a request for refund, frustrating and irregular responses to emails. No resolution after a month. Very disappointed and still out of pocket.

Delivered screw as part of assembly was damaged. Support did not even respond to my message.

All the parts that I ordered were sent quickly. Very nice.

BIT EXPENSIVE, OTHERWISE ALL GOOD!

My order did not get delivered on the approximate delivery date and not only do i not know why but i haven’t got a clue why it was not nor do i have an inkling of the current status or even if it’s even going to be delivered as the communication between Wolfiek and myself is abysmal. It is now nine days later than the expected delivery date and I am still left completely in the dark as to if or when it will arrive
Update. A new shipper was used and iI did get my order somewhat later so the problem of the shipment was resolved.

The initial shipment for my compressor took over 4 weeks to even leave Spain! Once received, no instructions on anything. The compressor pressurizes and shows 7,000 psi, then shuts off automatically without pressurizing the PCP cylinder! After weeks and weeks of emails I finally got a response when I cancelled my payment to them. Dreadful support. Avoid this company. Not worth the time or money.

Wolfiek group is very good at sales and picking the best brands to distribute in Europe, but one can only wish their customer support would be as efficient ... getting an answer takes 3 to 4 days in the best case (that is if you ever get an answer at all), blatantly ignores european laws on defective products, sends customers on wild goose chase to prove an issue ("please send us a video of that slow leak that takes overnight to leak 30bars") etc ... meaning that despite the excellent pick of brands I can hardly recommend Wolfiek group as a place to buy if the item you seek can be bought elsewhere ...

The personal and quick reaction regarding the questions that I had regarding assesoires for the Huben gk1 was outstanding.
Also when the item I was interested in made available again, a quick message from customer service and again, the right spelling of my name makes me a thankful and appreciative customer. 5 star's.
