Supposed to have been delivered today - tracking states being delivered today 7.30am - 7.30pm so have waited in all day and just checked again and now saying 'in transit ' so not going to happen today and waiting for the parts as you delivered the wrong parts first time around 😑

The biggest thankyou was for your customer care, aftercare when I was left in a mess due to a poor tradesman. You went out your way and beyond to help me in a very stresssful situation. Excellent quality products and fantastic service. The XPS coving is lightweight, strong and very easy to install, with a clean and professional finish. Delivery was quick and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Woldecor to anyone looking for high-quality coving products. I will certainly order again.

Started off hopeful, designs looked good, prices were in the right area. So, bit the bullet and placed an order. Pleasantly surprised with a very fast delivery.
Came to start fitting to my son’s room. I ordered numerous 2 metre sections and 4 internal corners. I decided to start with the 4 internal corners. Pulled them out of the packaging. Only the internal corners I pulled out were external corners. Went in search of the internals corners and I was pleased when I found all of the pieces. Started in each corner bonding the coving to the wall. Then decided straight bits would be next. Slid the 1st straight bit out of the packaging, stuck it to the wall against one of the corners. Carried on with this pattern until I got to the last straight piece in the packaging. Lo and behold, 2 complete straight pieces missing from my order and a huge gap on my wall. Took photos of everything, sent an email on the same day. Radio silence! Emailed 2 days later! Radio Silence! They have what’s app listed on the website. Sent a What’s app. Radio Silence! Negative comment added to the Facebook advert, first thing the next day I get a response on what’s app and a phone call. By now though it’s Thursday. Told they take a photo of every order before it leaves, so they will check the photos and arrange delivery of the missing items, however they won’t arrive until Monday. That’s fine I said, just happy it’s going to be sorted. I forwarded my photos including photos of external corners I didn’t order, which I wouldn’t have if my order was correct. Anyway, Radio Silence! Monday, no delivery or communication, so I what’s app’s again. Radio Silence! What’s app’d again the next day! Radio Silence! Now I’m
Going to contact the bank because my only option is to rip it all off the walls, order from a different company and start all over again. Terrible company, for something that just shouldn’t be terrible. I’m also going to send an invoice for my time as I’ve spent numerous hours bonding to the wall, finishing all the pieces on the wall, now I’m going to spend countless hours pulling it back off the wall and replacing it.

DO NOT BUY from this company.
Customer service was so bad, did not process my refund for over 2 months. I had to constantly chase them, with no reply and calling them goes straight to voicemail. Some of their excuses were on holiday, ill or no one else available for over TWO months. The pick up for refund took one month alone, then I had to chase them to get my refund after that (despite website saying 2-5 business days for refund).

After all that, they only refund me half, due to it being broken and dirty, even though I didn’t even open them and returned it in their ORIGINAL packaging. They told me it was my fault for not packaging it securely and that I should have spent money for extra cardboard (when the website said keep it in original packaging).

I found out it was left open in their warehouse after pickup, without even processing my refund at that time. And I ask for proof, they said it was at their waste site, oh what a coincidence.

It is BETTER to buy good plaster coving, instead of these foamy, flimsy, and plastic “coving”.

Delivery was next day but courier had damaged items. Woldecor had replacements to me by next again day. Product was ideal to cover massively damaged originals. Easy to apply, excellent result.
