Terrible Customer service - Attempted to contact customer service…
Attempted to contact customer service via live chat on 3 occasions and received no response whatsoever.
I’ve recently bought a Riley Elegance Series 4 cue and the grain on the shaft appears to be lifting.
Also tried calling the number provided but selecting different options when prompted lead to the same response - nothing.

I had to send back the extension for my…
I had to send back the extension for my heritage snooker cue,because on the web site it said it would fit the heritage cue,but did nor.
I sent a message and got a reply back the extension would not fit this 2 piece cue.
So I have sent it back postage £5.00
I think you need to update you web site so this can’t happen again

Pool table for my son
Ordered a pool table in advance for my child’s birthday. Asked them to deliver in 6 weeks. Happy with the end result and service provided. Shoutout to Hayley for securing the last piece for me. Furdeco who are responsible for delivery were also prompt and clear with communication.

The table we order is great for pool…
The table we order is great for pool and table tennis. The darts board isn't that great, the darts just don't stick and it's an odd height when the table is stood up.

Ordered a cue and everything was delivered and came in great time,as promised.
I started used the cue and discovered it had a defect, so I contacted them and they sent me details to send cue back free of charge and new cue has arrived to replace it.
Fantastic service and can’t wait to use the cue .

Swift delivery
Swift delivery, using the delivery company was Furesco, was really good, as they kept updating me with the status of the delivery. I had initially felt uneasy reading some reviews here, but then decided to trust my guts, as I had already made the purchase before going through the comments. I am glad I did and my table came in within 5 days, nice and smooth.
The pool table and the dart is really nice.
