Very easy to order and track ,especially from UK to Vancouver Canada, delivery was on time and packaged well.
Cue and case is what I expected for the price and is in great condition .
A little disappointed the origin was from China ,as i thought it was authentic from Riley UK .
Im still pleased so far and will try it out in the next few days .

Disappointing
I wouldnt bother ordering from this site customer service Is below par ordered a cue come quickly was happy then see a tear inbox was like that should be ok but no there was no bubble wrap at all so a nice wooden cue in thin cardboard box equaled damage I fort ordering for a well known company would of been sent well packaged I was wrong order at own risk

We also appreciate your concern regarding the lack of bubble wrap, although our packaging is designed to protect the cue without relying solely on additional wrapping.

Tables great
Tables great. Could do with a better finish on ball return. Just seems quick finished and a bit rough when rest of the table is fantastic.
Delivery guys were out of their depth. Had had a sack truck to move a pool table. Nearly dropped it. Good packaging saved the day.

I order my items.
I order my items.
Which were later refunded.
They lied and claimed that the bank had rejected my card.
They made me waste time and call my bank from overseas.
There was no bank rejection
They had just run out of stock.
Lost out on currency exchange with the refund.
They sent a reply to my negative post. Claiming was a bank issue.
I used my card a lot on holiday and spent a lot with absolutely no issues.
The reason I know they are lying is when I went to reorder the item with a UK card it was marked as out of stock.
Not only lying one time, but twice. All to discredit an honest review of a dishonest retailer.

Excellent product but assembly is difficult
Good communication, rapid and timely delivery, excellent product, all matching the product description. My only caveat is that the product (a 7 ft American-style pool table with ball return) is said to weigh 107 kg. That is likely accurate and should be manageable by two adults. However, in the process of self-assembly, how you flip that table once the legs are on is a non-trivial question. If you are happy to set it down on its edge, or rest it on two legs, that should be possible. If you'd prefer not to do that, how 2 adults lift it and switch their grip for the 180 degree flip is something you will need to negotiate. Clearer forewarning of this on the website, delivery of an assembled product, or the offer of assembly ... any of those would have earned the missing star. Otherwise, excellent!

Pool table that we purchased was…
Pool table that we purchased was basically built out of cardboard, advertising shows it’s for adults but it’s tiny and very low more so meant for children, none of the bolts or screws lined up to where they was supposed to and when i contacted the live chat which says “replies in minutes” you’re actually waiting over an hour just for 1 response and they are not very helpful at all. Will not be purchasing anything from here again, very disappointing.

Snooker cue and bag
Snooker cue is fab but I think the bags could be alot better. No handle and not much padding to protect the cue. The separater does not go all the way down so the separate parts of the cue can still rub and tap together.

I received a Riley branded cue and it had a tool mark near the tip and the feel was rough to touch ie not lacquered, polished or burnished. The delivery was good but customer service was difficult to obtain and expectations for a £200 pool cue were not met.

Item was due delivery on Tuesday, it was not delivered or attempted. Item then due for delivery again today (Thursday) delivery company furdeco again have cancelled the delivery there I am still awaiting delivery of the item.
