Online account could be better
Very nice laptops! But the starting of the contract and payment of the first installment was a painful experience!
The payment module of your website/user accounts needs improvement! Mostly I have no problem paying online but with yours it didn't want to work.
Finally i got a payment though but then in my account it didn't register for more than a week.
Eventually the payment status got updated.
This area of the business could be improved.
I was very impressed and happy with service on the actual pickup.
Even though I'd got an email that the laptop was available it wasn't there when I arrived. However, what made me happy was the fact that the staff were really helpful in making sure i got it and were making calls to find out where it was and finally did deliver it to me for which i'm grateful for!

Bedankt voor je feedback. We willen graag verduidelijken dat het probleem met de laptop niet het gevolg was van een fout aan onze kant, maar van een verouderde policy in het MDM-systeem. We hebben de oorzaak inmiddels verwijderd zodat het probleem zich niet verder verspreidt. Samen met de school werken we aan een duurzame oplossing en vanaf morgen (dinsdag) zullen we alle toestellen die dit probleem vertonen opnieuw imagen.
We hopen dat je merkt dat we het probleem serieus nemen en snel handelen. Als je je beoordeling wilt herzien met dit in gedachten, zouden we dat natuurlijk erg waarderen.

Overpriced slow hardware, lack of service
Don't bother people. We bought some really weak Dell laptop for 700€ ()
Heck for that price I could buy a gaming laptop.
We were promised to be reimbursed by school, but nobody in school knew about it, they just force this company on kids.
When I tried to ask this hoax company support, they just told me to ask school, they don't care.
Can anyone explain why do you even need this middleman company? Just buy a laptop on Amazon, bol.com etc
Disappointment, I feel robbed.
EDIT: I am a genuine customer (Invoice 602200030732), but I gave up on reimbursement, just a word of precaution to other parents. My complaint is mostly with the school but this company is shady as well, doing business on children, pushing insurances etc.

Dear sender, we're absolutely sorry to read about your negative experience. I just want to add some nuance to this message. When comparing with retailers, it is important to compare 'in the right way'. The laptop is military standard approved and much stronger than a consumer laptop in retail. The laptop you purchased has a lot of extra service: software pre-installed, water resistant sleeve, loaner device in case of repair, full coverage on damage and theft... Only for the last one you pay in retail easily 60€ per year compared to the 0,37€ per month in our case. If we can help you with anything else, please reach out to our customer service.

I had to cancel an order
I had to cancel an order, once it was incorrect, and I kept receiving emails asking me to pay it for weeks, even though I replied to the email and spoke to one of your attendants saying it was a mistake.
Also, I had to create a separate email and fill in the formulary for each of my kids, when usually on other sites I can do it with just my own email.
The whole purchasing process was a bit confusing and time-consuming, I remember I was very annoyed at the time. I only bought from you because the School said so, otherwise, I ´d search other sites myself.
They should receive the computer/tablet next week at the school so I don´t know if they´re happy with it.
