Good distribution, but customer support needs improvement
The distribution process itself worked well, and my music was successfully delivered to streaming platforms.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer support has been disappointing. I contacted support on June 29 regarding an incorrect audio file on one of my releases and opened support tickets #669 and #707. I also sent follow-up emails and contacted Rebel Music through Instagram, but as of July 17 I have not received a human response.
I understand that support teams can be busy, but I hope Rebel Music improves communication with artists. Even a simple update acknowledging the request would make a big difference. I appreciate the distribution service itself and hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Really good service from these guys and…
Really good service from these guys and super friendly too. Support is an important thing for me and these guys are pretty darn quick at responding. I used a different service before and they shut me down right away before giving me a chance, but not with rebel. All of my songs so far have been approved, and its really nice just to be able to share my music with a wider audience!
I dont release music for money, but the fact I still can get royalties with this is deffo good for any artists looking to get into music!

Fantastic distributor.
I've been using Rebel music distribution, since December for releases, the service has been excellent.
I've had no issues with delivery, and its been quick and efficient. Any questions ive asked via email have been responded too quickly, great service.

Alright honestly out of all the free music distribution sites I have tried this one actually works the support is amazing the distribution is fast and easy and barely any of my songs have been rejected which is perfect cause all these other free ones are crazy and stuff this one rebel music is top tier for free distribution I would recommend to any growing artists

Song Takedown Request
I asked for a song takedown because I had transferred it to another distributor,and they haven't taken down the song. Now there are 2 songs on all my music profiles and it's frustrating me coz the streams won't be merged, others will stream the original song and others will stream the duplicate song. It's now 4 weeks and it's frustrating me, why they haven't done my request. I even sent emails and they don't reply I don't know why😡😡😡😡🙌🙌🙌🙌.
There isn't an option to request a YouTube official artist channel I don't know how that want us to verify out YouTube channels of they don't have the option in their apk

We truly understand how frustrating duplicate releases can be. Please note that we always submit takedown requests to DSPs immediately after receiving confirmation from the artist. However, the final removal timing depends entirely on the platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.), and unfortunately this part is outside of our control. In some cases, stores can take several weeks to complete the process across all regions.
Regarding email support, we always aim to respond as quickly as possible. If you felt there was a delay, we sincerely apologize — that is never our intention.
For the YouTube Official Artist Channel, the request option is available on our website under the “Additional Services” section.
We’re here to help and are happy to personally review your case again if needed.
