Fast delivery, expertise on items. Everything was as it should be!

Delivery took several days longer than expected. Everything else was excellent.

Fast delivery and exactly what I ordered. Now I have a PiHole blocking ads on my entire network! Will order from here again if I need another one!

The shipping was quite shit, it took 3 weeks to ship it from Denmark to Latvia and while it did provide tracking since it went throught something like 2-3 carriers it wasn’t at all useful - the last carrier was DHL which advertised it’s own tracking link which didn’t work at all.

In the end I spent 2 weeks not knowing whether I should stay at home to pick up a delivery or not.

They have not delivered the product and are not replying to my emails.

The systems to purchasing, getting the receipt and trackers were alright, however the moment I received a link to package tracking from a delivery company (i.e. DHL), it was invalid throughout the delivery time. Perhaps it's either someone who messed up the tracking code when I received it in Homerunner or it was only the delivery company who did not set up the records to track. Either way I have received the product, thanks.

AMAZING price, speedy fulfilment, speedy delivery, amazing quality of the product. I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a Homeassistant ZBT-2 and ZWA-2 from RaspberryPI.dk after being recommended by an electrician. Order went well, delivery went ok time wise. Would have given them a 4 star review.... Then....

Sadly the ZBT-2 had issued and died completely within 24 hours. Contacted RaspberryPI DK on email (as there is no other way), no reply. I sent a "reminder" through their webform... Still nothing..
Respond within 2 days? not even close. You do not respond at all.

Will now have to see if there is a way to get ahold of the manufacturer, and see if they are willing to take responsibility as RaspberryPI.DK do not seem to be very responsive (also looking at others experience, especially over the last few months, this company is not reliable at all)

Run away!! There is other stores out there that sells this stuff. Don't waste your time and money here. Company might have been good at one point, but this is becoming a scam!

timely delivery. smooth process and everthing

I ordered a product and quickly got the product confirmation. Some days later I received a product but not what I had ordered. Since then, a month ago, I have written 3 times to support and have not received a single answer. There is no phone number to call. Terrible experience. Had to buy the product again another place but my money is lost. Feels as a scam

25.11.2025 I'd appreciate if somebody would answer to an email concerning an order I made. I seem to have made an error with my email address when I placed an order because I didn't receive an order confirmation. I'd really like to correct it so I could track the order! I have the order number written down luckily.

Quick delivery and I received what I expected.

no tracking clear details, nobody reply on the mails and contact forms, Delivery says 3-5 working days in Europe region and my package has almost 3 weeks and i have no idea where is it
