If you think you will be able to make an easy return as promised on the web site, think twice. Unless you speak German it will be almost impossible to even start a return. The button to click that says ENGLISH is set up to take you straight back to German. If you figure a work around the German, you will find the return process requires you to pay international shipping charges that could exceed the price of your order.

Edited: To return them, I have to ship from the U.S. to GERMANY, which will cost me $30. I stand by my review. They should be clear that these items are not coming from the US (despite it being their US site) and that returns will involve shipping back to Germany.

Ordered two bras and paid almost $90. They don't fit. When I went to return, there is no portal for US returns. Buyer beware!! Even if I want to return, these came from China (which I was not aware of when purchasing) so I can't imagine what return shipping will be, which it says I have to pay for even though their website specifically says "30 day returns, on us. You have 30 days to return or exchange your item — free of charge.

Then later on it says return shipping is the customer's responsibility…totally contradictory

Wow, I bought this bra as a present, she is so happy. The material is stretchy and comfortable. It holds everything, where it should be and looks good! Making her feel good, which is fantastic. Thank you 🎉

Cheap made in China, but said they were made in Canada.
Sent them an email before ordering asking where the products are PRODUCED. They lied and said they were made in Canada, because the company values good quality and sustainability.
Sizes were totally wrongly stated on homepage, and L did not fit and an M+ either - the cup shape stood out on both sides, looking awful.
I gave one star extra, because at least the customer service did react fast in a friendly and cooperative manner after what's happened. I did have to pay for the return shipment though, so I lost money and time in the end.

This bra is truly unparalleled. It has solved every single issue I’ve ever had with bras. It provides incredible support and steadiness without hurting or pressing on my torso or shoulders — something I didn’t think was even possible.

I can tell it will last a long time, since it has eliminated everything that usually deteriorates quickly in bras: no metal arches, no sharp clippers that destroy the fabric around the hooks. The innovative replacement for the extender hooks was such a pleasant surprise and just reinforces how durable and well thought-out this design is.

Their customer service also deserves praise — very attentive, kind, and accommodating.

What first caught my attention was the brand’s promise of scientific research behind the design, and I have to say that promise was not only kept but surpassed.
