We bought a cushion cover for 70 euro

We bought a cushion cover for 70 euro. It is really expensive. And the quality of the zip Is ridicullous poor: made in plastic and it broke immidiately. We use the cover five time in two years and the zip broke days after the warranty expires. The customer service said I deserve nothing. Shame on Royfort to even think that this is acceptable for a price that High.

All ok

All was ok. Top quality! Excellent packing! Quick delivery.

The pillow cases were a bit snall but it nay have been my error in neasuring mine.

What could be added in tge collection is simple bed valance( skirts) with eg one plead at the corners to cover the bed legs. I would like one 200x200 and 42 cm length of valance skirt.

Can i order in taupe premium cotton

Nice Quality pillow covers but the…

Nice Quality pillow covers but the pillow is not very supportive as the amount of down is on the lean side. Can't really detect that the pillow has any chambers in it. Deliver took nearly two weeks.

thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our pillows habe a three-chamber structure: two external chambers and one internal chamber. The former consist of 90% goose down and 10% feathers. The inner chamber is filled with 15% duck down and 85% duck feathers.

We will reach out to you to find a solution for your problem and apologise for the slow DHL delivery. Especially around Christmas DHL takes very long to deliver parcels. We will get in touch with DHL to ensure swifter delivery. Once again I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Excellent quality!
I have bought twice now the Royfort bedlinen - it’s super confy. The service was excellent, questions were answered immediately. Delivery was quick. Can recommend !
