Very professional service

Avoid this company.

My desk arrived with outdated instructions, missing parts, and assembly diagrams that didn’t match the product I received. By the time I realised, I had already assembled about three-quarters of the desk.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating. Every email takes around three days to receive a reply, there is no phone support, and instead of resolving the problem, they keep asking me to identify parts using a completely different instruction manual from the one supplied. The printed instructions are so small that many of the part numbers are unreadable.

It’s now been almost two weeks, my home office has been turned upside down the entire time, and despite countless hours of my own effort, there is still no solution—only promises that my feedback will be “added to their customer file.”

I cannot recommend buying from Roxka.

Conversation, replacement of table top

I purchased what was described as
Elegant Tall Bedside Table with drawers and Shelf, white. Silly me I didn’t check measurements… they certainly are not tall unless you are a Dwarf. The quality is poor. I would describe them as flimsy.

Easy company to deal with. Good communication and prompt delivery and I live very rural. Product(. Floor mats) was as advertised and looks great. No complaints.

companies like this make me sick
companies like this make me sick. they imply Australian ownership when all it is some bums who set up a business importing China's crap and lying about what the real price is! run a mile from these so and so's as all you'll receive is crap from China that doesn't work or it is incomplete or something will be wrong and then they will make you work so hard to get it sorted out if they sort it out at all.

ex709 (Return or Exchange Request, qty 1): The bike is too small for me to use. Also parts missing (264, 265, 266) and machine very wobbly and possibly dangerous. In the video a plug flew off and can't work out where it goes. Would like to return the bike please. Hope to hear from you soon.
Tension also not working rendering bike unrideable. I was threatened and lied to and offered in-store credit instead of the return as specified in Australian Consumer Law. I ended up throwing the bike in the bin!!!
Product quality is appalling and hence the multiple free store credit offers but not a refund as specified in Australian Consumer Law. They also advertise as an Australian company but they are not. They are a Chinese con using an Australian country website extension roxka.com.au. Owned by dshop a Chinese ecommerce business so none of the money you spend is staying in Australia!

I found the company easy to deal with. They delivered on time, prices were as stated in the product description ( I've been caught with another company where prices changed dramatically once order went through), and the product was great quality. I will definitely be ordering with the company again.

They took my money,sent me the wrong goods and then after a week of sending emails no replies at all from customer service.

Really enjoying the home gym. Practical and convenient, great for size 1 5m by 1.5m, with barbell, not taking too much space. Wide range of exercises is great.
