Not been paid for 6 months, they stop me from chatting, don't reply to my messages either.

I have had a terrible experience with QT Funded. I waited 31 days for my payout request, only for them to unexpectedly cancel it under the excuse of a platform migration. They forced me to start a brand new payout cycle from scratch under new rules, making me waste a month and a half of my time and hard work. After jumping through all their new hoops and following every rule, my account was abruptly breached right on the eve of my scheduled payout date.

They waste traders' time and trap you in endless rule shifts. Do not waste your money or time buying accounts with this firm. Total disappointment!

I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience with QT Funded, but unfortunately, the way my situation has been handled has completely destroyed my confidence in the company.

I successfully passed their $200,000 two-step challenge and went on to generate $1,346.80 in profits on my funded account.

My original payout request date was 15 October 2026. However, following a dashboard migration, QT Funded moved this to 5 November, meaning I had to wait an additional three weeks through no fault of my own.

After repeatedly chasing support through Discord, I was eventually told in writing that my $1,346.80 would remain available to request on 5 November and that I wouldn't need to generate any additional profits.

Then, just before my new payout date, everything changed.

I received an email from their Risk Team accusing me of excessive margin usage and "malicious trading behaviour". My account was placed into hard breach, my profits were forfeited, and my MT5 account access was terminated.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that **I believe my lot sizes were within their permitted limits, I used stop losses, and I generally traded one position at a time.**

Despite the seriousness of their allegations, the email did not identify a single trade, provide any margin calculations or explain precisely which limits I had exceeded.

I'm not suggesting that prop firms shouldn't enforce their rules. Of course they should. However, if a company is going to terminate a funded account and forfeit a trader's profits, I believe the very least it should do is provide a clear, evidence-based explanation.

I've kept screenshots of my Discord conversations and copies of the emails confirming my profits and revised payout date.

**My biggest concern is the lack of transparency.** I spent weeks chasing a payout, received written assurances that my profits remained available, and was then informed that everything had been forfeited following a risk review, without being shown the underlying evidence.

I've requested a proper explanation and the trading records used to justify the decision.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering QT Funded to read every risk and payout rule carefully, keep independent records of all trades and communications, and understand that meeting the challenge requirements does not guarantee a payout.

**Trust is everything in this industry, and unfortunately, QT Funded has lost mine.**

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously, provides the evidence behind its decision and gives me a fair opportunity to appeal.

Until then, I cannot recommend QT Funded.

Extremely poor customer service, no communication and now blocked from Discord!

My experience with Quant Tekel has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice.

It has now been **two weeks since these issues first occurred**, and I am still no closer to getting them resolved. The level of customer service and communication has been absolutely shocking.

I cannot access my account **10619979** on the new dashboard, and despite contacting the company multiple times, I have received no proper response or resolution.

I was on the second stage of the QT Power Evaluation account and passed on **23rd October**, achieving all the required targets. However, the account still appears to be running rather than reflecting my progress.

On top of that, another account, **10618072**, was breached on **20th October** but is still showing as active.

I initially waited 10 days without receiving a response. I then contacted live chat, where I was assured that someone would email me to resolve the issue. Five days later, I am still waiting. No email, no explanation and absolutely no accountability.

To make matters even worse, **I have now also been blocked on Discord**, meaning another potential channel for communication and support has been taken away from me. Rather than addressing legitimate customer concerns and resolving the problems, I have been left without answers and seemingly shut out.

As a result of these ongoing account issues, I have effectively lost an entire week of trading because I have been unable to use my accounts properly.

Technical issues can happen with any company, but ignoring customers for weeks, failing to follow up on promises and blocking customers who are trying to get answers is simply unacceptable.

**Two weeks on, I am still chasing the same issues, with no resolution, no meaningful communication and now no access to Discord support.**

In my opinion, Quant Tekel's customer service has been appalling. A company that takes people's money and expects them to trust its trading platform should provide reliable customer support, clear communication and basic accountability.

Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend Quant Tekel. Extremely frustrating, unprofessional and thoroughly disappointing.

passed my account both phases then they said i breached without any clear mistake and they told me to start from phase 1 and i passed both phases for the second time and they still said i breached the account without any proof and they scam

I am sharing my worst experience with QT Funded (Quant Tekel LLC). After passing and requesting my payout for account #10543575, their risk team accused me of unfair practices during an interview and forced me to choose Option 2 (Full Refund of the purchase fee).

I agreed, completed all their formalities, and successfully signed their official "Refund & Confidentiality Agreement" on August 7, 2026. Their support team confirmed on August 10 that refunds take 8-10 business days.

It has been nearly a month now, and they have neither processed my refund nor responded properly to my support tickets, keeping my money stuck. They use delaying tactics and automated templates just to ignore clients. Stay away from this prop firm!

I had an extremely bad experience with QT Funded and strongly advise everyone to stay away from this prop firm.

They refused to issue my payout, citing "high margin usage" as the reason. However, they provided absolutely no proof, explanation, or context—no information on which position supposedly violated the rule, what the actual margin percentage was, or when it happened.

When I reached out to their customer support for clarification and evidence, they completely ignored my messages. After ghosting me for 3 full weeks, they simply marked my support ticket as "closed" without providing a single answer or resolving the issue.

Their support is nonexistent, transparency is zero, and they will find vague excuses to deny your hard-earned payout. Save your time, energy, and money—do not trade with QT Funded!

This is the worst prop firm i have ever traded with. Stay away from them for your own good. I bought several accounts with QTFUNDED and managed to pass one of them, specifically the QT 2 Step Power Challenge. I got a confirmation email that i had passed the account and suddenly the account i passed just disappeared from my dashboard like it never existed. I couldn't find it in my account history as well. So i reached out to their support team and they assured me the issue would be fixed but i never got any reasonable feedback from them as to what happened to my account. Each time i opened a ticket regarding this issue the support team would mark it as closed. Please be careful with them they are just out there to scam traders

Don't waste your time with this joke of a firm. They denied my $5k payout and didn't give a reason. Gave me an interview date, but didn't show up. What a joke. Opened two tickets and my reply was they emailed me regarding denial of payment. Never received an email. Honestly, you'll be wasting your time just to find out in the end. Pay more and trade with a reputable company. Their customer service is almost just as bad as well.

i would just say don't waste your time trading with this firm i traded a 50K account with them for 2 months once i finally passed both stages they breached the account for high margin and i tried to contact with support team but no response for more than 1 month.

for anyone that want to buy account with them please dont be fooled with the low prices and if u want more proof just go to their discord and look how many people are complaining.

I purchased an instant funded account getting one free last week, I have not received my agreements and the accounts are still read I only? I have contacted support over 10 times and never get a reply or help? I have decided I have been scammed, stay well away!!

QT FUNDED IS A SCAM – STAY AWAY!

In my personal experience, QT Funded has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I've had with a prop firm. At this point, I genuinely feel cheated.

I submitted my payout request on 20 August. Instead of receiving my payout, I was kept waiting for weeks with repeated delays, vague responses, and excuses.

Eventually, they accused me of One-Sided Betting (OSB) but failed to provide me with specific trades, timestamps, or proper calculations to demonstrate exactly how I violated their rules.

After repeatedly contacting support and waiting patiently, I received a final email stating that their decision would not be reviewed again.

And that's not all.

When I logged into my dashboard, my trading history and certificates had disappeared. My account records were no longer accessible.

So let me get this straight:

- Payout requested on 20 August.
- Weeks of waiting and unhelpful support.
- OSB accusation without a detailed explanation.
- Payout rejected.
- Trading history and certificates disappeared.
- No meaningful resolution.

How can traders trust a company that refuses to provide transparent evidence and leaves customers without access to their own trading records?

Based on my experience, this feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise traders to think twice before spending their money with QT Funded.

I am still waiting for a proper explanation, my trading records, and accountability.

STAY AWAY. Think carefully before trusting this company with your money.

Ive been trading on my 100k QT Power plan for over half a year. Max risk: 1,0% max position size: 1.67 lots on indices. This equals a margin utilization of 13%.

On the day of the payout QT hits me with this: "Following further investigation into your trading account, we have identified activity involving high margin usage, which we have assessed as malicious trading behavior."

Come on guys how can you even sleep at night.

This is not about violating any trading rules — this is about systematically stealing people’s hard-earned money.

Pure scam!
100k new instant account have rule to make 8k profit to be eligible to request 5k payout and after reaching that they don't have option to request withdrawal over 3k and only crypto. After opening ticket they let me to make a 3k withdrawal request just do deny payout with explanation thay migrated to new tech and new dasboard so I need to trade again from scratch. Once good company turned to ridiculous scam. Stay away and don't let discounts decive you. There are plenty great prop firms and this is definitely not one of them

Terrible experience, a total waste of money. They change or delete accounts at will based on their own interests, ensuring you never become funded. Would not recommend to anyone.
