I have just had an experience with A-Spadz Qreaty Bikes and I can say I am satisfied with—the text message exchanges, which were cordial (even though I didn't speak to a specific individual), as well as the information provided.
I also want to say that I have no complaints regarding the quality of the product (Cavet Air)—I am delighted with it—or the interactions I had, unlike some people who, fortunately, are in the minority.

Received my bike in Britanny and got to enjoy the bike trails of the presqu’île of Crozon. The ride was great and the suspension do marvel, I took my 5 years old of and my eleven years old at the same time on the ride and It was a blast . I own another electric fat bike that costs twice as much and really I say the caveat beats it in many regards.

My bike was locked with a code, whick my son didn't remember.
I ask if there was a way they could help me out. And within 30min i received a mail, with a personal code en a video to make it undone. It was clear en easy.
