Most unreliable printing service on the internet.
Now twice they have told us they have send my order but nothing have been send and/or can they proof with a track & trace code something have been send,
They even tried to get my reviews about them removed

first you took money from my account instead of the credit I had banked with you. Then the estimated delivery changes by 4 days
its a pity yopur print is good your service and delivery just dont improve
I hop ethis gets to one of senior managemnet and may be something will finally be done about these issues

Severely lacking technical support
Severely lacking technical support. I paid for flyer printing and uploaded the print files, but I then received an email stating that the uploaded data does not match the number of pages selected in the order (I made a mistake—I uploaded a single page instead of a 2-page document).
I was instructed to upload corrected print data matching the number of pages, but what I actually need is to adjust the number of pages in the order itself, which is not possible without assistance from technical support.
I repeatedly tried to contact technical support over the course of two days, but received no response. If I choose to cancel the order, a cancellation fee is charged. As a result, I am left without printed materials and without a refund.
I have previously used this company for printing many times without issues, but this experience has been very negative and is not something I want to go through again.

Penalty for canceling order
I have never seen a company in EU keeping a penalty of 10 eur when canceling the order.
I wanted to print a book so I sent them a pdf witht he book I wanted to print. Soon, I got a response from them stating that my files had all sorts of problems and I needed to reupload my pdf. I did not know how to proceed therefore I decided to cancel the order.
And upon canceling I am informed that print24 will keep 10 eur! A penalty for cancelation!
I found keeping money due to cancelation extreme, never saw this kind of practice before.

Print24 returned the 10 eur penalty they kept. I must admit I got the entire amount I paid. But still the automated process of canceling an order forces you to agree to this penalty.

I am very satisfied with the service…
I am very satisfied with the service print24 offers. I had got 5 books printed which I could not get done in my local area as it was a low number of books. It was only print24 who got them printed with a variety of options for a reasonable price. The only problem was during the process of downloading the correct version of the book cover as I did not know how to design a cover page with 5 mm gaps and all. It could be better if there was a better explanation on how to do that for people who are doing it for the first time. But otherwise everything was very good.

Poor communication and speed
I have received absolutely no communication on the status of my order. Have contacted customer service well over 6 times with no results. My project had a firm deadline that elapsed with no word from the company, and no help. I will not be using this service again
