Great service, great quality. Would recommend!

The print quality was really good, and the delivery was on time and convenient. The only issue was that the delivery status was unclear in the tracking link sent to me, so I had to call customer service. They were helpful and helped me figure it out..

quality and service is great.
but the invoice and payment system is a nightmare, especially when you have a lot orders.
every year we placed more than 30 orders. sometimes we cannot see if the invoice is paid or not. only the sent the email reminds me which order is paid.

i would suggest the backstage can be linked the invoice system, to show the status of the payment.

Had tshirt printed.
They couldn't print thin lines and when i adapted to not have thin lines, the printing was of the very cheap heavy "plastic" ish feel... very unpleasant to wear.

I was so pleased with the quality and price. The only thing I would like to note is about the written guidance for printing book. If there was an image with required sizes, it would be easier to fit orders.

Imagine you‘re writing a book about your life. You put all your energy, all your feelings and passion into it, you know it’s finally ready for friends and family to read. You research the best company to print your book. You find one, you’re happy with the price, delivery time and quality.
Once you’re order you’re not happy with the outcome, neither with the customer service. You’ll give it another chance, as you trust their quality. Second try, everything goes smooth, another test run to make sure things run smooth and are printed well, ready and excited to show friends and family. Be able to let people be part of an unusual life, a tough life.
Paying extra for the final print, to get it in time before leaving the country for work. Not only was the „deadline“ not being looked after, so weren't the quality and print. After multiple times reaching out where the order was, since the company wasn’t able to provide any information without me checking up on them. I finally received the message my package would make it a day later than expected, the day I had to leave. My mum messaged the courier woman to change her tour in order to deliver sooner, to give me extra time to sort out the shippings and share some personal love with the friends wanting to read my book.
I open the package, happy it has arrived, only to find out it hasn’t been printed in color. All black and white. I doesn’t look bad, but I had black and white cover as one of my options, but I decided against. Now a company, due to their lack of preciseness and working correctly on an order, has been deciding for me. Black and white cover it is. Making it more sad than it is. Lost in life, black and white. Sounds sad. Lost in life - in color? gives some hope.
Wir-machen-druck. You disappointed 3/3 times, your quality was good, as I would have said before this delivery. I ordered 75 books, I received 70!!! Not only are there less books, but also 20 of them haven’t been cut straight. Why did I put hours of effort on getting formatting right, if more than 25% of my books aren’t cut properly?
After only being disappointed by delivering time and customer service, now you also managed to disappoint in quality and more over personal excitement!
Promising deadlines and not sticking to them, is the worst thing to offer. Please don’t do that. Offering good quality and not being able to provide that? please don’t do that!
Work on: customer service, quality with everything, eye to detail in fulfilling customer orders, sticking to promised timings, deliver the amount prints ordered!!!
keep on doing great: immediately offer a refund if someone complains, as if the customer service has no other solution than offering a refund without even hesitating a second. It shows customer service knows that you guys constantly miss deadlines or make mistakes and know that the boss grants refunds at any point :-)

I have been offered the books to be reprinted, or if I want a refund I have to send them all back. I told them multiple times that I am leaving abroad, and won't be home for months. Now I can't send them back, and won't receive any money, for a mistake that I haven't done? I don't think this is anything close to fair.

If you got a deadline, do not order from here.

I ordered copies of a book that I made for a project, and it was perfect! The binding was neat and the colors were accurate. Very happy with my product:)

Ordered on 5th June, was due to deliver on 13th.

Order didn't update the status on DHL and didn't arrive. Contacted customer service on the 16th, 17th...

They sent a replacement. The replacement arrives on 18th. But it's not my product. It's someone else's.

Contacted customer service again, now the cannot send a replacement until the 24th(!!), then they even say it cannot arrive until the 26th(!!!!)

I asked for a refund and ordered somewhere else. BUT they now insist that they won't refund until I return the wrong item. Ok, sure, but I'm not a storage.

Good product, when it arrives on time.

Terrible terrible customer service.

I’m a small business owner who ordered a print run of professionally designed sticker books through Wir-machen-druck. I followed every single one of their guidelines — exact dimensions, bleed, margins, templates, the works.

What I got in return was a nightmare.

1. They rejected my files multiple times — with zero useful feedback.
I submitted my files exactly as instructed on their website. Still, I got vague emails saying the files were “wrong,” without any detail about what was wrong. I revised and re-uploaded three separate times, based on their own specs — but never got clarity.

2. Then they printed the books without my approval.
After all the back-and-forth, I never gave a green light or received a final proof. They just went ahead and printed. No preview. No confirmation. Nothing.

3. The books were misprinted.
The spine bled into the front cover and back blurb, making the title unreadable. A layout issue this obvious should have been flagged by anyone doing a proper check — especially considering…

4. I paid €17 for “quality control” — which did nothing.
This was supposed to be a manual check to prevent errors like this. Turns out, it was just an expensive checkbox. When I raised the issue, I expected a simple reprint. Instead:

5. It took 5 days of pushing just to get one book reprinted.
I paid €70 for 5 copies. They eventually offered a reprint — but only for one book. Not even close to good enough, especially after I followed their instructions to the letter.

6. They made me jump through hoops for the reprint.
I re-uploaded the adjusted files. Then they claimed they couldn’t access the data. So I changed the upload method exactly as they asked. Still no update. After 5 days of silence, I had to follow up myself — again.

The reply?

“Your print data is wrong.”
Just that. No explanation. No help. No effort.

7. I asked clear and simple questions — and got irrelevant answers.
I asked:

Which part of the files is wrong? The cover? The interior? Both? What tools can I use to fix it?

Their response?

“We are not allowed to change your layout.”

I NEVER asked them to change the layout — just to tell me what exactly was wrong so I could fix it myself. But they ignored my actual questions and just kept copy-pasting useless lines.

Only after 5 emails did they finally say the problem was “both” the cover and the inside pages. That’s it. No breakdown, no screenshots showing what exactly needed adjusting.

8. Customer service was cold and unhelpful throughout.
No ownership. No accountability. No real effort to support a paying customer. Every email felt like they were trying to brush me off as fast as possible.

Final Verdict:
Do not use Wir-machen-druck if you care about your time, your money, or the quality of your product.
Their process is confusing. Their feedback is vague. Their “quality check” is a scam. And their customer service is dismissive at best.

There are plenty of printers out there who treat small businesses with respect. WMD is not one of them.

I love it. Easy to order, the customers service always give me useful answer. They helped me a lot.

Fast delivery and great quality of printed products. Great that one can immediately see the price and configure almost everything via web interface. Sorry for review in English, but German is still hard for me.

That company is horrible. I0m not sure if they think customers are stupid or if they just do crap prints. I ordered labels with gold and silver lamination. The first order was completely wrong, all the labels were unusable with scratches and black marks, so I asked for an urgent reprint. They printed in the exact same way, with marks and scratches. I'm very angry since they damaged my business. Please don't buy anything from them. They pretend they have german quality but Alibaba quality is much better at a lower price. Please don't try to delete my review since i have all the papers, photos and videos to prove your mess.

I like this company. Specially for printing in Fabric. You can rely on the delivery date and it has good prices. I can recommend.
