Still nothing

Place an order on 5th May
I have only received confirmation of order but nothing since
Nearly a month later and no response from multiple messages and email asking for an update. Do not buy from this company. Im very disappointed 😞

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Not letting me return a product I just bought and barely used. Don’t waste your time and energy buying their products.

Awful company

Awful company. Bought item, it's arrived broken. Have contacted them 4 times to start a refund and had nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM!

Edit: And they lie as well- the response to this review was that they replied to my emails....which they have never done. The 'threat' email was my fourth attempt at trying to get some response, any response, to my wanting a return

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, however we would like to clarify the situation for transparency. The initial email we received simply stated: “The item is defective, I want to return,” without any explanation of what the issue was or any supporting details.

Shortly after, we also received an email with a kind of threat stating: “I will start reviewing this (non existent customer service) on every platform I can find.”

In response, we politely asked for more information about the issue with the product so we could properly investigate and resolve it for you. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further explanation or details from your side, which made it impossible for us to assess the situation or proceed with a resolution.

We are always happy to help and resolve any genuine product concerns, but we do require basic information or evidence in order to do so fairly and accurately.

If you are still experiencing an issue with the item, please feel free to contact us again with details and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Great product and excellent customer…

Great product and excellent customer service! I bought the ultrasonic dental cleaner and at first wasn’t sure if it was working, but I have to say I’m really satisfied. The delivery was smooth, and it’s definitely money well spent!
