Michael and Ian were great. They comunicated during transport letting me know about time and if any trouble being there but were actually a few minutes early. They were friendly and polite and professional, My puppy arrived perfect! She was a little scared but that would be expected with her long trip and being so tiny, I was so excited to get her! I have never purchased a pet this way before but would do again and I would recommend Michael and Ian! And there service to others!

Clinton & Austin kept us informed of their travel times & arrival @ our home. They arrived precisely @ the time they quoted. They were very personable & caring with our new puppy, Lady 🐶❤️. They wished us a lot of luck with her, she is a sweet girl. I signed for her & they were on the road. We were so excited that I didn't do this last night so, Thank you for bringing her to us!!

Ryan and Richard were absolutely amazing! They delivered our new puppy safely and made the entire experience so easy and special for our family. They kept us updated throughout the process, were professional, friendly, and clearly took great care of our puppy during his journey. We had a great experience with Premier Pet Transport (via PuppySpot)! Richard and Ryan transported our puppy Yuma (“Caramel”) all the way from Indiana to California, and she arrived healthy, happy, and excited to meet us. They were friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the trip and kept us updated via text. We also really appreciated that they provided us with a can of the food they had been feeding Yuma during the journey so we knew exactly what she had been eating. It was clear she was well cared for during the long trip. Thank you, Richard and Ryan, for taking such good care of Yuma and getting her home to us safely!

Ryan and Richard kept updating the status through their journey which made us very comfortable. Ryan was very friendly and informative. Richard gave my puppy a bath. She smelled really nice. It was a great service.

Michael and Ian took great care of our puppy Angel on her trip across the country to her new home. They are both professional, friendly and kept us updated on the on-time arrival . Angel was happy and full of snuggles when she arrived.

Tom and Dallas were great and delivered our puppy early. They texted us a couple times during the trip out.
Only suggestion for Premier is to send pics along the journey.
Overall very pleased. Our drivers were fantastic.

David and Chuck were very professional and courteous. They stayed in touch as needed and arrived on time with both of my fur babies well taken care of. I definitely recommend this service! My little guys traveled all the way from from Missouri to Texas.

Amazing job and communication

Titus and Devin were very communicative and were actually earlier than predicted so I got my puppy even sooner! I definitely recommend this pet delivery service for others who can’t travel to get their new pet themselves.

Tom and Dallas from Premier pet transport delivered our new puppy Thursday night. The service was exceptional with updates along the way with arrival ahead of anticipated time. We would highly recommend. It was so nice of Tom to take a picture of us with our beautiful new puppy. My drivers, Skyler and Dalton M. made this experience amazing. I would’ve never thought I’d feel so comfortable with getting a family pet sent by transport company but when I saw their vehicle and their equipment and how the animals were treated, I was very pleased with the services provided.

I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with Premier Pet Transport LLC and the incredible care they provided while transporting my Bentley all the way from Indiana to Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

From the moment they arrived, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I greeted the gentleman at the end of my driveway, and he kept me informed every step of the way about what they were doing and how Bentley was doing. He was extremely kind, personable, and professional, answered every question I had, and even took the time to have a conversation with me. You could genuinely tell that he cared about making Bentley’s transition as comfortable as possible.

Considering Bentley had traveled such a long distance and for several days, I honestly expected him to be exhausted, stressed, or a mess when he arrived. I was completely blown away. Bentley arrived clean, smelling wonderful, calm, collected, confident, and happy. He transitioned so smoothly, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Premier Pet Transport LLC went above and beyond, and I truly believe these gentlemen deserve to be recognized and rewarded for the effort and care they put into their work. Transporting a pet such a long distance is a huge responsibility, and they handled Bentley with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
