I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with Premier Pet Transport LLC and the incredible care they provided while transporting my Bentley all the way from Indiana to Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

From the moment they arrived, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I greeted the gentleman at the end of my driveway, and he kept me informed every step of the way about what they were doing and how Bentley was doing. He was extremely kind, personable, and professional, answered every question I had, and even took the time to have a conversation with me. You could genuinely tell that he cared about making Bentley’s transition as comfortable as possible.

Considering Bentley had traveled such a long distance and for several days, I honestly expected him to be exhausted, stressed, or a mess when he arrived. I was completely blown away. Bentley arrived clean, smelling wonderful, calm, collected, confident, and happy. He transitioned so smoothly, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Premier Pet Transport LLC went above and beyond, and I truly believe these gentlemen deserve to be recognized and rewarded for the effort and care they put into their work. Transporting a pet such a long distance is a huge responsibility, and they handled Bentley with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.

I stayed at The Cliff Lodge this past Saturday and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Due to weather conditions, my boat arrived much earlier than expected — around 11 AM — even though my reservation wasn’t scheduled until 3 PM.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Since my originally booked room wasn’t quite ready, they immediately placed me in another comfortable room so I could check in right away. It meant everything after coming in early, cold, and tired — I was able to warm up, relax, and start enjoying my time on the island without stress.

The staff was professional, discreet, and incredibly welcoming. The whole place truly felt like home. Their kindness and flexibility made a huge difference in my stay.

I highly recommend staying at The Cliff Lodge and I’m already looking forward to my next visit and staying with them again.
