THE CONCEPT OF THIS APP IS ABSOLUTELY SUPERB FOR HAVING THE FREEDOM TO GENERATE YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO HOME BUT IN REALITY YOU CAN'T PRINT IT BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION WITH INSIDE THE APP TO ALTER THE PAPER SIZE TO a4 TO THEN PRINT A PHOTOGRAPH AT 35MM'S BY 45 MM, SO YOU NEED A SIX PAPER WHICH IS THEN PRESET IN AN IPHONE SO ULTIMATELY THIS APP DOESN'T WORK i'VE JUST SPENT £20 AND NOT GOT WHAT i NEEDED i'M NOW HAVING TO GO TO THE SUPERMARKET

Awful experience- never received printed photos
Awful experience.
They advertise that your prints will be delivered in 2-3 days. I have been waiting over 10 days for mine at this point. They have said they shipped them twice, but are unable to provide shipping information. Customer service is terrible to communicate with. They reply with the same generic response each time not addressing the issue. DO NOT USE

Avoid these Sacmmers
After paying for a passport photo and the extra for an additional check and being informed that it would be acceptable,
Iwas then asked to submit a new photo. The original photo was taken from a my laptop camera and i was told what they had created was acceptable. Complete waste of time and money.
I will be requesting a refund as they are obviously a scam company. I will go to a Photo Booth at Tesco to get the correct photos as the chances are high that any new photos edited by PhotoAID will be rejected by the Passport Office.
If they fail to refund I will raise a chargeback by my bank as they are an AI driven/BOT company acting fraudulently

You DO NOT need to use this company to get a passport photo!! You can do it on the government website. There is no need for companies like these to be relevant!! They’re just out to cash in on something you can do yourself. I had the straight taking Paulina telling me quite abruptly she has no intention of refunding my money? Keep it Paulina, I hope people read this and realise your company is something they really don’t need.
