We recently had our entire downstairs renovated by Phase Contractors, including a full kitchen installation, the removal of three internal walls, the creation of a utility room within the garage, a complete electrical rewire, full decoration, and numerous additional works. The end result has been delivered to an exceptional standard. From the outset, the project was managed with professionalism, transparent communication, and meticulous attention to detail by the whole Phase team.

Haydn, who oversaw the project and carried out all electrical work alongside his team, was outstanding throughout - punctual, reliable, honest, and highly knowledgeable.

He took the time to explain each stage of the process, offered thoughtful and practical suggestions, and ensured every element was completed to the highest standard. The team’s workmanship is exceptional, and it is clear that real pride is taken in every aspect of the job. Any additional requests we made were handled without hesitation, and our neighbours even commented on how hard the team worked and how tidy they kept the property.

The entire team operated efficiently and respectfully, maintaining a clean workspace and minimising disruption. We moved out during the renovation, and Phase Contractors delivered the project on schedule.

A special mention must go to Monty (carpenter), whose craftsmanship and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference. He is a true gentleman and exceptionally skilled.

I honestly can’t recommend Phasw Contractors highly enough. They carried out a full upstairs renovation for us, including a complete electrical rewire, and the scale of the work was huge, taking everything back to brick and rebuilding from scratch.
From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. The team was professional, reliable, and clearly takes real pride in their work. What really stood out to me was how clean and organised they kept everything, even with such a big job going on it made a massive difference day to day.
Communication was spot on throughout, always keeping us updated and explaining things clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in what they were doing. The quality of the finish is excellent, and you can tell they don’t cut corners everything has been done properly.
You hear people say things like “trustworthy” and “attention to detail” in reviews, but in this case it’s genuinely true. They made what could have been a really stressful project feel smooth and manageable.

Fantastic job on the install of the Ohme home pro, cable is unnoticeable from the front to the back of the house and then all the way up the garden to the garage, Excellent work !!!!

I've never met a trade that's started a job ahead of schedule, and turned up early until now. Hadyn has been fantastic through the process of completing a full re wire on my house. He walked me through what the full re wire would mean doing, supported in finding a plasterer to come behind him to fill the chases, and was transparent on price. He kept me in the loop and communicated right throughout the process and I couldnt be happier!

Had ev charger installed wasn't straight forward job as meter was under stairs and had to run through 2 rooms to get cable outside did great job very impressed everything looks amazing would 100% use again for any future work great guys aswel
