So happy a friend recommended this company to me! Bought my first piece recently (Buci blouse) and was blown away by the quality, fit, detail and fabric. AND, as others have mentioned, the beautiful and careful packaging.
For me, this was a considered purchase but I will continue to shop with Palome as the value for money is undeniable. It's easy to spend as much on mediocre items. Here, the quality and timeless style shine through.

I bought the Juliette jumper because it looked exactly what I’ve been looking for. The photo made the jumper look soft and very slouchy. I was bitterly disappointed when I received it because it looked nothing like the photo. It wasn't even the same shade of grey. It was not slouchy at all. It wasn't in the least bit soft as it appeared in the picture. In fact, the picture made it look expensive but the real thing looks cheap. I’m not returning it because I think it was my fault to think I would get something that was high quality for £45.

Purchased the silk skirt
Purchased the silk skirt.
The quality was horrible. And finishing on the waist was not what I would expect to see for £95.
Sent it back after some hiccups. I had to send a minimum of three pictures in order to even submit a refund.
They took £6 off the refund.
I won't be shopping from them again.
Update. After the review I was refunded the 5.99.
However, I still maintain that the quality was horrible for the skirt I ordered and would gladly upload the very see through pics.

Fast delivery, good quality & good price tag
Delivery was super fast. Clothes were wrapped in paper individually which was very thoughtful. I bought two polo shirt short sleeve top (Blanche and Lucille) . The material is of really good quality with the price they charged for. The cotton top and the merino mixed top both stayed soft and pretty good shape after a few washes now. Excellent as work wear with a black smart trousers. The fitting is consistent with what a normal uk10 fits, unlike some other brands where the sizing varies so much but they charge you probably 2X or 3X for what you get here. Only suggestions would be the that I hope Palome would have more colours for the same product!

Beautiful garments and experience
I bought one light jumper and was so impressed with everything that I immediately ordered another, different top. Both arrived the next day after ordering, were beautifully packaged, beautifully made and beautiful fabrics. I absolutely love them and will be back to order more. The price was not OTT either.

I love Palome. Their clothes are beautiful - well made, well designed and well priced.
The materials used are always excellent and the colours are good too. The sizing seems pretty accurate to me. Their clothes are beautifully packed and arrive promptly.
The service is great - the only time I needed to phone them (to change a size, entirely my fault) the phone was answered promptly, the item was changed very quickly and the person on the phone was delightful.
Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Palome!
