My item has never arrived
My item has never arrived. Tracking shows it has been sitting at a Chicago carrier facility for 18 days. I contacted customer service and was told they would look into it and someone would get back to me. That was 4 days ago and still no response. I’ve reached out again to request a refund and have received no response to that either. This watch was for my teenage son, that he purchased with his own money. So now we are out a watch and $200!

Poor quality control
The watch i received had defective buckle. I tried to contact customer service by email. Stupid Ai named Arni was circling me around in dead end. It gives instructions how to report issue but at the end I get same Ai telling me same thing all over again. Now I don't even know how to get a replacement buckle. Quality control issue. How they installed defective buckle on $369 watch?

Overall it is a nice watch. But I did find a tiny chip/scratch in watch case, at 8 o’clock position. Contacted customer service for possible exchange. Got really quick reply, but it seems from AI, no real return address and follow up even website states free exchange for quality reason.
