I needed my ID posted urgently for my…

I needed my ID posted urgently for my appointment so my mother used expressbrev to Stockholm to my bf who was by then going to leave Sweden in 4 days. They did not only not deliver my dam ID when they said it only takes 2 days max it took 5 BUISNESS DAYS 6 counting Sunday. So now my bf has already left and there’s no one to pick up MY ID which I can’t do anything without and they say if we don’t find a way to fix it they will send it somehwere, and their customer service is only AI and not a single dam human so I’m Stuck.Don’t EVER use them it’s better that you choose literally any other option no one likes them cause they are incompetent and never have I had a good experience.now I have to pay AGAIN to get it back somehow not knowing how while they should realistically compensate for this bullshi a normal post would be delivered my dam ID faster. Useless ideeyots.

AI has entered the chat

AI has entered the chat, and we all know it never benefits the customer (or the employees for that matter!).

The app is buggy, the chatbot is useless, and it is impossible to speak to a human when needed. My parcel got delivered to a wrong city, after I tried contacting Postnord on several days, trying to prevent it from happening. Didn't get through the chatbot, no matter what I did.

I tried to leave feedback about my case directly to Postnord, but the chatbot blocked me again, so here we are.

Home delivery service is a joke

Home delivery service is a joke. The driver gives an 30min approximate arrival time via the app (which doesn't always work), but doesn’t notify you when they actually arrive, so the delivery gets marked as “attempted but nobody home” unless you’re standing outside waiting. Customer service offers no clear answers either, other than “sorry, but that’s just how it is.”

Lost a package for a week

Lost a package for a week, it arrived to sorting on Friday and their app sent a message that “your package is now on its way to you!” But when I opened the app it said it wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. Like pardon? Now on Tuesday it says it doesn’t come until tmr. Their chat doesn’t work on the app. During the weekends it’s the most useless AI bot that can only repeat the information already visible on the app. During week the chat still either doesn’t work, or starts off with the chat bot. You need to request a human for at least 3 times before it finally “gets you in line”. Their customer “service” on the phone is disgusting. Giving attitude with the Finnish equivalent of a Valley girl -accent. They will not give you any explanation what has happened, like they don’t understand that gatekeeping does nothing to customer satisfaction, and will only give lies and misinformation not relevant to the question. Like why is my package still not delivered and it has been delayed again? “We don’t have people working at the terminal during the weekend”. Yo wtf??? I’m asking this on a Tuesday, how is that relevant? It’s not, they’re just deflecting because they do not have the answers, but are incapable of saying that. A simple gesture that would get them a lot farther than the cat and mouse games they insist on playing. Admit you’ve fucced up, apologies and promise to do something about it. Not the attitude and indifference. You’ be lost something that isn’t yours and have been paid to deliver. How are you being such dicks about it???

Person doing the delivery lied that he/she attempted to make a delivery to home. Additionally lied about contacting and not reaching me. I was the whole day at home, nobody came, nobody contacted. Now delivery is made to totally different location. Service 0/5.

A complete joke of a logistics company. Terrible notifications, and zero respect for customers.

If you have a choice, NEVER use PostNord. This company has managed to ruin two large orders in a row with absolute zero accountability.

First order: I bought a heavy, oversized rowing machine with explicit home delivery. According to the seller's logs, PostNord allegedly tried to 'reach me' three times within a span of just 5 minutes, gave up, and dumped the heavy machine at a pickup point. When I contacted PostNord, they shamelessly lied, claiming it was originally ordered as a pickup-point delivery. Even when I provided hard proof showing my home address, they just argued and refused to fix their mistake. I had to cancel the order, wait two weeks for a refund, and re-order.

Second order: I thought they couldn't get any worse, but today at 8:00 AM I received an SMS stating that my new package will arrive today between 16:30 and 22:00. Advance notification? Never heard of it! Choosing a specific date or a convenient 1-2 hour window like every normal modern delivery company does? Pure science fiction for PostNord! Instead, they dictate that you must sit at home trapped for 5.5 hours waiting for them.

I even have their mobile app installed, but it is completely useless for the customer. It seems the app was created purely for PostNord's convenience to boss around and dictate terms to their forced users. It also makes me wonder how it was even possible 'not to reach me' in 5 minutes last time under such a dictatorial notification system. They are incompetent at every single level.

I only had to deal with them this time because the seller didn't give another option. Do yourself a favor: use any other delivery service except PostNord.

App doesn't work at all

App doesn't work at all. I get no notifications of any sort of arrived packages that then get sent back to sender.

Edit. And customer service is of no help!

Unfriendly customer support

Ordered some car parts and the retailer sent them in two separate boxes. One of the boxes arrived the following day, whereas the other seems to at least take two additional days.

That's bad service, but the real reason for giving negative review is the customer support. The person behind the screen did not want to make an effort to get more information about where the delivery is stuck and at after me asking to talk to the supervisor, the tone became very unfriendly and at the end the support person said that I am not their client, so they couldn't actually care less. I will never ever again order anything that uses Postnord and in case I will send anything, I will never use them.

Package just stopped for no reason

I had package sent to me on Tuesday. It is delivered overnight from city to city. Good so far.

But then it arrives at my own city on Wednesday morning, and my tracking number tells me that it is "stored" for no explained reason, until Friday when it is to be delivered. Friday rolls around, and the package starts moving, and then the tracking number tells me it will arrive on MONDAY?! This is so frustrating. Multiple times the delivery date is changed, and when I try to use the app to contact the chat, it just gives me an error.

And to top it all off, the delivery was meant to be home delivery, but then on Wednesday they send me link to confirm the destination and only option is a pickup point that is far from my home. Absolute clown show from start to finish. Now let's see if the package even arrives on Monday, or if they once again change the delivery date.

The delivery service is terrible

The delivery service is terrible. The app barely updates any information, so I cannot properly track where my parcel is. Shipping from Sweden to Finland takes even longer than ordering something from China.

I have no idea when I will actually receive my package. This has been a very disappointing experience. A delivery service should provide clear, frequent, and reliable tracking updates.

Absolutely terrible experience with PostNord

Yesterday evening around 8pm at around Itäkeskus, a PostNord courier called my friend claiming he was outside with our 20kg package. We immediately went downstairs, but nobody was there. My friend called him back, and instead of trying to help or verify the address properly, he kept insisting that he was "outside" and that he "couldn't find us". He then hung up on her while she was still speaking and updated the tracking status to something like "customer could not be reached".

This is supposedly a HOME DELIVERY service. We paid for the service. It is the courier's responsibility to locate the correct address and actually attempt delivery, not just make a phone call and leave.

After that, I called the courier myself. He said he was at a parking lot near our building in Itäkeskus. I told him to stay there for literally a couple of minutes while we walked there. We went out immediately and called him again, only to be told that he had already left because "he had to go". Once again, he hung up the phone while I was speaking.

The entire interaction was rude, dishonest, and extremely unprofessional. It honestly felt like the courier never intended to deliver the package at all and simply pretended to attempt delivery so he could leave quickly.

Now, because of his behavior, we have to go to a pickup point and carry a 20kg package home ourselves.

One of the worst delivery experiences I have had.

PostNord lied multiple times about the…

PostNord lied multiple times about the shipment.
- First, the delivery driver called me and said that the door was locked. I told him that I would go downstairs to open it.
- When I went outside and called him, he said that he could not find my apartment. After I gave him instructions, he suddenly hung up on me.
- I called him again, and he said that he would come back later after another delivery nearby.
- Later, he rang once so that I would call him back again (to make me take phone fee). He said that he was in the parking lot. When I went outside, nobody was there. I called him again, and he said that he would deliver the package tomorrow.
- However, he had already updated the app with “recipient unreachable.”
- The day after, the package is at the nearest pickup point. It weighs 18 kg, and the pickup point is not near my home. It is very difficult for me to bring it home by myself.

This worst delivery service on the planet

This is the worst delivery company you can possibly use. Every single time I have a package delivered by them it has had a pin code that hasn’t worked! Every time! The service is also often late and they don't update the information of the packages which makes it impossible to track them obviously. I strongly recommend to chose another company if you have the option! Nobody beats PostNord in unprofessional and just straight out bad service. Save yourself time and energy by using another company!
