Complete shame – zero transparency on resale payouts
​Selling my tickets on the official FIFA Resale Marketplace has been a complete nightmare. It has been nearly two months since my tickets were resold, yet I have received no funds, no payout date, and zero response or visibility from customer support. FIFA has completely blown past its own 60-day window without any accountability. For an organization of this size, this level of service and total lack of respect for fans is a complete shame. Do not trust their resale process.

This lot are gangsters take your money and don’t deliver and just liar when you ask about the order

customer service and the website is awful.

order 4 items - 3 were due in a few days after my order. almost four weeks late I chase to be told the item that was in stock is on back order. would i like to cancel the outstanding item, all the items or wait. I asked how long the out of stock item would be.

So Fifa sent the 3 items that had turned up and went radio silent.

The returns process is unnecessarily painful. The fifa store website says you will get a return slip which isn't true and to use the return link online. Which doesn't work and miscalculates the refund. The agent ends up stopping the chat without any warning. Which is great because you are still trying to process the return. Now there is a queue and they keep cutting those in the waiting room instead of resolving their problem

A massive mistake - maybe beacuse they are a monopoly.

If i could give this a massive zero or negative. it would get it.

What a waste of space corrupt organisation damaging the sport for the benifit of those at the top influenced by World leaders adding hydration breaks extendinding half times for entertainment influencing one team more than the other allowing disgusting tactics by teams outside the rules and referees allowing it political statements be wiped over with minimal fines and no accountability from any of them

Full of curreption. France vs Spain it was a decided victory. Penality for a small mistake, referry was keep sounding whisle agaisnst France. Referries are not impartial. They are paid to support allocated team by FIFA
Not interested to watch tje boaring game. We are not stupid ...we can understand the politics behind this. FIFA want Argentina and Spain in Final and Argentina to win .....

there is very bad costumer service i wanted a refund after they charged me for another month

Purchase tickets for the 2026 World Cup was unable to attend so trying to repost them for sale between StubHub and the FIFA company they make it nearly impossible and extremely difficult to do anything. My suggestion to anybody who wants to purchase tickets do not use FIFA or StubHub me personally I will never ever ever ever ever again purchase tickets to any FIFA game anywhere in the world.

They are a fraudulent operation. My jersey was never delivered. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund or re-shipment. Their own tracking number shows that the order was never delivered. Based on the reviews this seems to be a common issue

Awful customer service from the fifa store. They have offered no resolution to the basic issue of them sending me the wrong products that I ordered. They are not even replying to emails. What a disgrace
