Excellent product quality,slow international delivery,no DHL express option.
The products were excellent.For international delivery,don't be confused by the DHL logo expecting a speedy delivery.After the transaction they never replied to my emails asking them to check if something was wrong with the delaying delivery or at least informing me if this was normal or not.
I give them 3 stars just because of that.One email reply and i wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.
P.S.
Thank you for your answer, the only think that you had to do was to inform me with an email about these actions.This would have made the whole deference,because i got the impression that nobody actually cared.
To be fair,i give you one more star.

We sent several messages to DHL, but we unfortunately did not receive a reply from them. As this was our first shipping to Greece, we had no experience with the shipping time and we were not informed that this will take 14 days. In other european countries the transit time is not that long. We are sorry for the delay and we hope you will enjoy your article.
