After purchasing the mirror, I did not receive any information at all for three weeks regarding the status or whereabouts of my order. No updates, no communication.

When a delivery was finally scheduled, the driver arrived before the agreed time. I even drove one and a half hours back from my Christmas vacation specifically to be there to accept the delivery — only to find that the driver had already left. As a result, the delivery failed.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, poor coordination, and missed delivery show a very chaotic customer service process.

I am deeply disappointed with how this was handled and would not recommend this service based on my experience

I had a very poor experience with this company. My delivery arrived early with no prior notification, which was inconvenient. More importantly, I have been trying to process a return for over a week with zero success. I have reached out via email, contact form, Instagram, and phone, yet they have failed to respond on any channel. Their customer service is non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered our mirror over two weeks ago and we still haven’t received any information about the delivery. They only confirmed the payment but we have no idea of when and if our mirror will ever arrive. We already sent multiple emails to ask for more information but nobody is getting back to us. We also tried to call the phone number on the website but it’s just an automatic recording.

Terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend ordering here!!

Beautiful mirror, very clear delivery information

When I read the reviews I was terrified. I was preparing to forget my money😀😀but then I called the number on their website and Daniel answered the call. He assured me everything is fine and I will receive my order soon and Track and Trace is sent the day the shipment is shipped. I received the message today and my order arrived as scheduled.

OMG the mirror is so gorgeous. It was well packed and I had to set up immediately and I did.

I am not able to share pictures but it’s stunning and I am so glad I trusted them🤗🤗🤗

This company has not provided any identity, nor contact details, nor bank account to TrustPilot, it provides a form to communicate. Good luck...

I bought a mirror from this Danish website, and luckily I paid through Klarna, otherwise i would not have already received the money. After almost two weeks of ignoring my emails, the reason they gave me was that the car was broken 🤣. Make your own judgment about whether you should buy from this site.

We’ve ordered an overpriced mirror which should’ve been delivered in seven days. Now more than two weeks have passed und it was supposed to be delivered today however the delivery was cancelled without giving any reason nor a new delivery date!
It’s pretty unprofessional und seems to be a scam!

They could not deliver my order more than 3 weeks. What they mentioned in their website as delivery date is not true at all. Their period of repsonsding to your emails minimum a week (if you are lucky) as well . Very very bad customer service. I have requested to cancel my order. Therefore i am not able to say anything about the quality of the product but after all I am very skeptical about that as well !!!!

Could it be a scam? I paid for the mirror but five days later I haven’t received any order confirmation or response to multiple emails and DM’s on Instagram. Would prefer not to make a claim with the credot card company but the lack of information is concerning.

I ordered my mirror a week ago, but haven’t received any updates despite my multiple emails and dm on Instagram. I would love to know when I can expect my parcel to be delivered

Mirror was ordered at night and delivered the next morning. I was surprised about how quickly they delivered from
the Netherlands to Germany. Great! Upon opening the Package I noticed the frame was scratched. I received a quick response from their Customer Service and they offered a discount or the delivery of a new mirror. I kept the Mirror since the scratches werent too noticable from afar. The mirror looks great but I have to admit the mirrow does not do anything for you. I look way bigger t
in that mirror than in my others.

The product was exactly as good as we expected.
The customer service was excellent.
The notification for delivery time would ideally come earlier (and not in dutch), but a small matter when everything else being great

The mirror arrived on time in the evening, and the delivery process went smoothly. Unfortunately, upon unpacking, I noticed a defect on the bottom right corner of the mirror. I immediately reported the issue via email to Studiomeen. However, nearly two weeks have passed without any response. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with an update at your earliest convenience.

Ordered a mirror beginning of January. When the mirror got delivered ~ 1 month later it was already broken. Studiomeen informed me that they would replace the mirror. Now it’s almost 4 weeks later and I haven’t heard anything despite reaching out twice again.

Update: The mirror got delivered now and looks good. After reaching out via mail I received a nice message.

I was a bit afraid at first because I saw the advertising of this brand on instagram. I ordered on February 12 and received it on the 15th.
The mirror looks perfect. I would 100% recommend !

The mirror arrived super fast. I got a introduction from the driver how to open the package safely. Mirror looks really nice

Amazing mirror just as in the pictures. I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived on Sunday! Very carefully wrapped and delivered. 10/10
