Excellent quality and delivery

The product is of first class quality. This is the second time purchasing, the first time my stylist got for me and the second time I purchased myself as they had a bank holiday sale with 15% off. Bargain.

Tried most extensions these defo the best

Ordered tape extensions from Spectrum One 3 times now and every time the quality has been excellent! Not only that but the customer service is fantastic too with speedy responses in addition to helping me with colour opinions for my desired look, in which they have been spot on with!

Second time having Spectrum hair extensions. The first time I had absolutely no problems at all - I still have those extensions and the hair is still thick and in great condition.

This time, I opted for the Weft extensions again. The base is much thinner than my previous set, which makes them much more comfortable and nicer to wear. However, unfortunately, the extensions are falling out in clumps from the base. It’s completely random too - they aren’t coming out when brushing or styling, they’re just suddenly falling out in chunks.

It’s incredibly disappointing, especially considering how much I paid for them. I loved my first set and had no hesitation investing in Spectrum again, but based on my experience with this set, I wouldn’t make the investment again. Really disappointed with the quality this time around.

Been using spectrum for a few years, the quality is great, colours are great, we use I tips nanos & tapes all with no issues. Easy to order.
Customer service is excellent always quick responses with any questions we have, delivery’s are always bang on time!

Great extensions, great colour matching skills from the staff they fit my hair perfectly and super quick turn around time. I love them! They give me just enough thickness & length to see a difference but look completely natural. Thank you!!

I have recently purchased my 2nd lot of hair extensions after having my 1st set for 12 months. The quality and condition of these hair extensions is amazing…wouldn’t use anyone else now as a long term hair extension obsessive. The quality is outstanding and the customer service is amazing as well.

I’d ordered the wrong length extensions so emailed them and asked to exchange I was emailed back very quickly. Sent them back and received the correct length 2days later. I also ordered with a discount code which they also added onto the new extensions! Very happy girl. Thank you.

I love love love Spectrum One! This is my second time ordering from them. The hair itself lasts so long & is so soft. I have noticed minimal shedding & the length stays long unlike other brands. I’ve been wearing Spectrum One nanos for a couple of years now and they have really helped me get my confidence back having thinner hair at the sides. I wanted to give the invisible tapes a try but was a little unsure, I don’t live to far away so I decided to pop in. The girls were all so friendly and helpful in the salon. Showing me how the tapes sit in the hair and how they felt. They also made sure the colours I wanted were the correct match for my hair. I ordered whilst I was there and they ran up to the despatch centre for me to take away right away. I have to say I was unsure if I would like the tapes after using nanos but they feel so comfortable and you can’t see them they blend in so naturally, I’m so happy with them and again the quality of the hair is amazing. Highly recommended

These are the best hair extensions I have tried. And I have tried a lot! I’m very bad at looking after my hair, but these seem to weather the storms. I have had the same set in 4 or 5 times and they still look great. The only reason I have deducted a star is that I think it’s a bit much to charge £10 postage when you’re spending over £300 on hair.

The hair lasted just beyond the 9-month lifespan guarantee period. Given the price I paid, I had expected it to last longer. At my latest refit appointment, my stylist pointed out that the blonde weft had very little hair left on it, it looked almost bald in places.

I had already noticed shedding when brushing my hair, but the clumps became larger and more frequent over time. By the end, it looked as though I had no extensions on one side of my head and very little on the other. I've now had to resort to wearing my hair up because it no longer looks like the premium product I paid for.

I contacted Spectrum about the issue. They initially offered a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture but later advised that this was simply normal wear and tear.

I have worn hair extensions for many years and have never experienced this level of shedding or deterioration with any other brand. As I followed all of the recommended aftercare advice and used the recommended products throughout, I expected the hair to last significantly longer.

This was my first experience using Spectrum hair, and unfortunately it will be my last. In my opinion, the quality did not justify the premium price, and I was equally disappointed by the way my concerns were handled.
