Pleased with my product- I would have given five stars but felt in the first couple of days not much information was given about the Postal service and when to expect it. Despite recent disputes with the post, I prefer Bpost as they give good forewarning- I was notified very late by DPD that the parcel was arriving yesterday between one and two and was not home so today I had to go and pick it up.

Didn't receive what I ordered, 2 months later still no solution.
I ordered 5 pieces but I only got 4. When I asked where my last piece was they said it will come later because they didn't have it in stock.
We're now 2 months later, many mails later and I still haven't received anything.
