Paid over $9000 for business class…
Paid over $9000 for business class tickets form Orlando to Dublin and then economy to Donegal, Ireland. Paid $710 for "ticket protection" - directly to SkywithClass!
I will be 80 in October and ended up having to cancel due to heart issues and the immediate need for an aortic valve replacement. Followed everything SkywithClass requested including a detailed letter from my cardiologist. Told to pay an additional $310 to SkywithClass for "cancelation" - then I was told that the tickets they sold me were non-refundable and I could get a credit and maybe a refund of $8336.68. After several weeks of no response - I was offered $2794.03 from their consolidator. Really an insult considering my age and my heart. I am meeting with an attorney and I am trying to object through various avenues.
