We also hear your point about price variation. Some rescued items, especially from smaller organic brands or with high-quality ingredients, can still seem pricey – even with discounts – but we're constantly working to improve the value and transparency of our offers.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience – and we completely understand your frustration. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we sincerely apologize for the delays, missing items, and lack of response.

A delivery that arrives a month late, missing a third of the products – and without the promised gift – is absolutely unacceptable. And the fact that you haven’t yet received a refund or proper communication makes it even more disappointing. Please know that we take your message very seriously and are urgently looking into what went wrong here.

We kindly ask you to contact our Customer Happiness Team again at support@sirplus.de – and please include your order number so we can resolve this quickly and fairly for you. Have you written an email to us about this big mistake on our site?

While we’re proud of our mission to rescue food and reduce waste, we know that impact must always go hand-in-hand with reliable service. We’re truly sorry we let you down this time.
