Great product, shit customer service and logistics.
I only ever buy the drink Smooth Vanilla, however, on a number of occasions, you ship the wrong product to be despite my please to only ship Smooth Vanilla. It usually takes around 1 minth to get the correct product sent to me, a waste of my time and yours. Get it right the first time. Your Smooth Vanilla is all I use I love it, your customer service is poor, your logistics is as bad. My recent order contain Choco Drink, I truly do not have the energy to fight anymore, I have given them to a friend.

Charge twice and no customer support...
This company charged me twice for the same shipment (under 2 diffeerent companies), i provided the receipts from my bank and almost a month have pasts, they havent refund the 2nd charge or even sent the items that i purchased (not to mention, Im in Europe and purchased in the Europe site, i received a shipping confirmation coming from China! All youtube influencers that recommended this will hear from me. Terrible experience.

Best products dropped from range
Up to now found your drinks an excellent product which I've been buying for a few years both directly and from H&B.
However, my 3 stars should really be 0 stars as you've completely stopped supplying the fruit flavours I buy.
I would be surprised if I'm the only customer you're losing and I think you should reconsider that action.

As usual, the Yfood meal drinks are delicious. I enjoy them more when I have put them in the fridge for a couple of hours then take them out and enjoy the smooth drink especially in this very hot weather.

Ordered 3 vegan flavours as a bottle. Only liked one of them. They do fill you up for a long time, which was my intention. Will order the one flavour again!
I did not like vanilla and berry, but liked the chocolate one.

Lovely taster drinks
I love these drinks. The flavours are gorgeous, I tried the fruity selection. They are so filling and perfect when you dont know what you want for tea after a long day but know you need something. Packed with all the right vitamins and really fill you up.

All our ingredients have been assessed by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and approved for use in food. As a company, we are therefore subject to strict regulations and, of course, legal requirements, which we adhere to.
Now here’s the thing: it may be that the complex composition of our products has a slightly unfamiliar effect on your body. The fibre, vitamins and minerals they contain stimulate digestion, and every body reacts differently to this – especially the first time you try it.
That’s why we recommend starting with small portions and eating them slowly. Your body usually gets used to it very quickly.
