Best cocktail!
Lan Y Mor cocktail from Silver circle is honestly the best thing I have ever drank! I am pretty tight with positive reviews tbh, but this warrants the time and effort. Packed with delicious essences of the best memories of days on the coast but more than that it also has a very rare balance of flavours. Sweetness is a given in cocktails, usually too much but Lan Y Mor carries itself wonderfully across the pallet like a great dish carefully including acidity, Umami, Bitterness and even a salty note. Hats off, nailed it. Luckily I’m broke or could get in a real mess with this.

Gin distillery tour
The gin distillery tour was by a guy called Louis who was absolutely brilliant! It was so much fun and his humour was just right for the occasion! The tour was followed by tastings and everything was explained so well! They certainly didn’t stint on what you were allowed to try! Very comprehensive selection and very delicious! Would definitely recommend and would go again!
