Amazing Customer Service and Beautiful Products
What beautiful and original products! The Wye Valley Gin is superb, and it's so nice to see refill cans to save on glass. Delivery was fast and the customer service was also outstanding considering what I can only imagine was a very busy and warm May bank holiday. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future - perhaps I will try the vodka next!

Delicious cocktails!
Classic Negroni was great, I really like that the pre mixed cocktails say exactly how to serve and garnish. The Lan Y Mor was a lovely mix or delicate and nicely combined flavours, a new favourite!
My order came packaged in recyclable cardboard, so also a great eco win for Silver Circle. Will 100% be returning to try some other new flavours. I have my eye on the garlic vodka for a bloody mary mix.

Hi Jack, unfortunately your order has been delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes, however orders are being delivered to customers every day and yours should arrive soon too. Communication is difficult as RM are not updating tracking information until items are delivered so we don't know where a parcel is until it arrives. It's a nightmare. Apologies.. I know it's frustrating but for now there's not a lot we can do except trust that they will deliver as they always have done in the past.
