Shame my club store is run by people who don't care
I placed my order two weeks ago, but it still hasn’t been shipped. The original tracking number shows it was shipped and within few hours returned to sender.
I contacted the third-party vendor, but they said they had no control over UPS. Well, they do have control over things showing up at their front door, no? They do have the means to know when shipments are refused by the carrier, don't they.
I also emailed City Shop with my complaint. They acknowledged receiving it and sent the usual polite response, but a week later I still haven’t heard anything further. I also tried calling the company from the United States, very expensive, but no one answered.
At this point, I have neither received the merchandise nor received a refund. Very disappointing customer service—I would not recommend ordering from them, and man I wish I ordered from Puma or some other retail store.
