Most of the time, cashback isn’t recorded, while TopCashback works flawlessly without any issues. I’m quite fed up with using Shoop; it would be better to stop comparing and shop exclusively on TopCashback. And it’s been three years now that you haven’t been able to create proper tracking?

Shoop.de promised 100% refund for a Nord VPN subsciption and they finally approved only 40% after the purchase. I followed all the instructions excactly as written. This was their excuse:
"According to the results of the partner's examination, the order was not arranged by Shoop.de. The assignment to another intermediary happens, among other things, if old cookies are not deleted, you jump into other tabs during the ordering process or are used unapproved vouchers. If the order is then assigned to a price comparison page, a blog, a voucher page ..., the commission goes to this website. The rejection is final, we have no more chance to get the cashback." Of course I cannot prove that I did everything excactly as told and they take advantage of this to deny what they promised.
Shoop.de is obviously a big scam!

This is an answer to the reply of the Shoop Support Team as there doesn't seem to be another way of answering:
It seems very strange that the first excuse of not fullfilling your promise was of a different kind. First you considered that the cause of not getting the full 100% cahsback was my lack of efficiency to follow the instructions regarding cookies. After I answered that i did everything as instucted, you change the cause of refusing 100% cashback, saying that it is another cause. I wonder why you didn't present the second explanation the first time that you answered.
Secondly, I must remind you that what I bought from NordVPN was sold as a package including NodrPass ans NordLocker and there was no way to seperate them form the package. I underscore the fact that the link on your site guided me to their selling page where these products were sold as a unified and unseperable package. Therefore, I didn't have the choice to buy only the VPN subscription seperatelly, whereas according to what you mention, you only refunded the sole subscription, even though it was sold as a package together with NordLocker and NordPass. Could it be it that you didn't know that NordVPN was selling them as a package? Is it VPN's fault of hiding from you that information or Shoop.de's fault if it knew that they were sold as a package but refrained from giving out this information? Either way your company is held responsible of not informing potential customers of the unified and unseperable Nord pack. I didn't want NorldPass, neither NordLocker and I was forced to buy them together with NordVPN's subsription. You ought to inform that due to this, the cashback is not 100%, but lower.

I was kind of overwhelmed and a bit disappointed at first. You really have to make sure to put all the needed data and information in before you even can get started. There are quite a few of my favourite shops missing but I guess there will be more of them in some time.
