Good Ventilation and Protection

Avoid buying from this website.

The motorcycle pants have poor quality. The fabric and seams showed major defects after only a few rides. This is a safety risk for any rider.

Be aware that the original prices listed on the website are misleading. The company inflates these figures to show fake discounts.

Look elsewhere for reliable gear and honest pricing.

Received product is not the same as shown at page.
Rain clothes- different brand and design.

Nothing really wrong with the product, but I had to return due to size issues. However charging 120kr in return service fee on top of the 69kr i delivery fee feels like I got robbed. Will not return as a customer, next time I will just order from xlmoto instead. Sad.

After 5 weeks of waiting I cancelled two orders (by email, since they don't answer the phone) No reply, after another three days I get a mail saying they've shipped one of the orders!
I then had to pay 120 kronor to send it back, even though the order was cancelled.

The second order I still don't know if they actually have cancelled it.

The return freight cost is ridiculous, and it seems to me that's their business idea.

Of the few garments I have received previously most of them had weird sizes and poor quality.

If you order something online it usually dispatches within 24 hours and you recieve the goods within 3-4 working days. That is my previous experiance of online retail.
Now I am starting to have questions regarding if it was a fraude. I search for online reviews and or warnings. It has been almost 3 weeks without a single message. You get a bit uneasy when you look through your e-mail for the 10th time to see if any mails where accidentally pushed to the trash-bin etc.
In my view: If you aim to have a successfull retail online, which you obviously do if you have one, information and keeping your customers informed is key. This is if your goods does not dispatch from the shelf within a month. Information is then the medicine too cure the ongoing illness in your company. However, the key to success in the long run is not too inform everybody that you have big troubles sending goods, but to instead look at what you can do to reduce the time from order to shipment to create a long list of returning customers who, then also, will be your free marketing for anybody else that is looking for goods or material in the same nish. Since it is a very mouth to mouth community when it comes to riding bikes etc. the word will spread more quickly than you would want if you end up on the wrong side of the top.
So step it up or I will not purchase from you in the future. And I couldnt recommend anyone else to do so either.

I had to pay returncosts for a defect jacket that I got. When I confronted them they never answered. Bad service 😡

... and after an entire month waiting for my shirt, after 4 emails of enquiries and a request for refund, the parcel finally leaves Sweden for Switzerland.

Ho... Surprise!, ...I receive a custom bill for Swiss duties @ CHF8.-, which I understand, BUT CHF25.15 for UPS admin work,
...THIS IS JUST SCANDALOUS...
Government Charges: CHF5.60
BROKERAGE CHARGES: CHF25.15 = UPS
VAT: CHF2.05

I am happy to pay custom duties even if my order was purchased via a SWISS internet site: "sharkspeed.ch"
However, I am not happy to pay for administrative work.
I have read many comment declaring that this company is scamming people and I am starting to share their believes.
I would NOT recommend sharkspeed.ch or sharkspeed.se

One month to receive glove and jacket to big and to small !!!!!
It’seems difficult to return them.
But a return tag was impossible for me the site is not working !!!!

I received one item. The size wasn't right for me. I asked to give back the item.
They ask me to buy a retour label on their site. I bought it. I received two mail from them where they confirmed that the purchase of the return label had been successful. After three weeks I have not received the label. i had to cancel the label purchase with paypal and i had to keep the pants that don't fit me. After I canceled the purchase I received three emails confirming that the purchase was successful ?!?

Ordered at beginning of May, heard nothing. Contacted customer service end May.
They were very apologetic and said that they'd expedite order.
It's now one month further down the road, and I doubt I'm going to get anything delivered at all. But of course they took the money.
Sorry, but I must recommend avoiding this vendor.

I contacted by email and via facebook and no response to my request??? I think I was deceived, because the site came as a Swiss company and after payment I was redirected to the site in Sweden. I do not recommend!

Ordered a MC helmet on Saturday, got it delivered on Tuesday. Ordered size M but it was too small so I sent it back on Wednesday and I was repaid on Friday. The new helmet was ordered on Wednesday and I got it on Friday. So, this was one of my best experiences of buying from an internet company. Only one thing which I think more people will complain about is the fee for sending the goods back, it should be free of charge (I paid 120SEK/12 EUR)

Bad, Scammer. they provide a site supposed to be located in SWITZERLAND .CH, and then you will see that they are based in SWEDEN. Very impolite, have to pay TAX for import. Totally dishonest.

Ok i received a reply to my request to find out what happened to my order , i had been waiting for twenty eight days for a helmet & gloves arrive and got so tired of waiting wrote to customer service asking where is my order, i got a reply the next day and two days later my Helmet arrived but no gloves OUT OF STOCK ,ok fair enough,they could have emailed me but didn't ,however i am very pleased with the helmet for that price i just think this company could do better with there communication to customers if theres a problem-last thing in there reply they said customers ONLY reply when there not happy or satisfied,NOT TRUE if i get what i pay for on time and am satisfied i always share on the website & trustpilot, only two stars this time because of BS,next time? hopefully a better outcome .

I haven't had any need for customer support, so I'm unable to verify some of these bad reviews about them, but.. The shipping was insanely fast considering it was delivered within 2 days (They used DHL Express, and I only paid 11€ for it. Shipping WITHIN Norway can often cost more than that, and take up to 5 days to arrive..)

The product I bought seems to be pretty good, considering its cost (around 100€ for the MTHelmets street-fighter), but the quality isn't necessarily the seller's responsibility as they do not produce it themselves. The price however is a bit more relevant, it was supposedly on sale down from 250€, but I can imagine a lot of the products they sell is "massively discounted" when they're actually around normal MSRP.

Anyway, safe to say I will consider buying from them again if I need any MC related gear.
