Bomb Proof Delivery Box.

Excellent service; really happy they used Royal Mail. Just bought the 4-day freeze-dried meals. The packaging was very solid, and I have no doubt it would survive anything thrown at it. I shall be using 1 or 2 of them as a backup on a motorbike trip. I had never seen this company before, and I'm glad I found them. Will definitely use them again.

Seller didn't pay full postage

Unfortunately full postage hadn't been paid by the seller so I had to pay £3.20 to get my items so I can't give more than 2 stars. Items arrived as described and in full working order

Apologies about your postage experience, I've refunded you the £3.20 for the additional postage which should be with you in the next couple of days.

It's a known Royal Mail issue that all of us businesses are having to deal with (https://www.reddit.com/r/smallbusinessuk/comments/1ry56gx/royal_mail_hit_us_with_15k_in_retrospective/) - most of the time the surcharge comes directly to us to pay but there's other times like in your case, it was sent to you and we weren't aware.

Frustratingly, the surcharge isn't even correct; we're pretty sure your parcel weighs under 2kg! Which is a regarded as a small parcel. We've tried other couriers like DPD but they are worse in a different way.

Anyway, apologies once again - if you have any other issues, please feel free to reach out.

Jack was really helpful and knowledgeable. We talked about some items that I had no understanding of and he explained everything and was very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend Sgt Prepper shop. Thanks again. I will be back 😁

Excellent experience

Streamline ordering service. I was kept informed from the order received to delivery. My product arrived on time well packaged and no damage. I am pleased with the machete to tackle my garden.
