Good customer service

They use DHL for shipping and I found it very good with the tracking and everything down to the arrival.
I did a return of a product and it went really smoothly for me, I sent the package and when it arrived they programmed a repayment that took just some days.
I understand they won't cover the return price for the shipment since the product I bought wasn't pricey.
But I found my experience very pleasing since the customer service was also very nice and when I asked information about a size of the shoes that wasn't written in the site they gave it to me
