I recently ordered a G-Shock GW-BX5600-1A1 from Scarce & Co and later realised I had missed their promotional code. I emailed them while the order was still awaiting dispatch, and within 15 minutes they had replied and refunded the 10% difference. No fuss whatsoever.
The price was excellent, communication was incredibly quick, and the service went well beyond what I expected. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely looks after its customers. I’ll happily purchase from Scarce & Co again. Highly recommended!
