TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND MONEY HUNGRY!!!!!!!
These people called my phone but intentionally never spoke, never informed me of any balance on my account. When I called they would ignore me, they gave me issues with any online payments, had to call to make payments, when I gave my information to the terrible automated system, it never came up, the money ALWAYS came out of my account but they SWORE I had a missed payment, no matter how many times I called, emailed, chatted, checked my account no balance or missed payments popped up, THEN I went outside and they took my car, when I tried to call and offer to pay WHATEVER they claimed they ignored me and RUSHED within 24 hours to auction it off. And they did not allow me to get any belongings and would not even tell me where the car was.

I have just joined Santander in kilmarnock from tsb in kilmarnock. The lady who dealt with my business in Santander is called Denise. Very pateint, very mannerly and answered all my questions. Tayfun is a highly professional specialist, and working with him is truly a pleasure. He is able to organize everything very quickly and efficiently, explaining every step with absolute clarity. Even for someone who has never dealt with loans before, the entire process feels simple and easy to understand thanks to the way he explains everything so clearly and patiently.
Taifun is very kind, extremely helpful, and genuinely dedicated to his clients. He always takes the time to make sure everything is clear and that the client feels comfortable and confident. There is no stress, no pressure, and no unnecessary worries — even in situations that are usually quite stressful by nature.

The application was simple and straight forward. Once the requested documents were uploaded, the loan was approved on the same day. Within hours. Furthermore, I had a previous loan and since the rates had come down, the agent (Amber) told me about it and my new loan was combined with the old loan and a lower rate was applied on the total, therefore I get more money and pay less.
