Tried to get in touch with customer support after a package was not delivered, never got any response besides an automated mail to tell me my complaint was registered. Avoid this seller.

Sanitario sent me the wrong product. Mistakes happen, so I contacted customer service expecting a straightforward exchange. Instead, I was redirected to the complaints department, asked to complete a claim form and provide photos, which I did immediately.

Since then, I’ve had no real follow-up. I was even asked to send the exact same photos and information a second time, and after almost four weeks, there is still no resolution.

This should have been a simple exchange for a shipping mistake made by Sanitario. Instead, it has become the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I won’t be ordering from them again.

i have purchased a shower tray on their website more then a month ago. few days later they have announced me that they have made a mistake and send me the wrong article. i requested a refund as a new article wouldn't have arrived in time. Since then, although they have came to collect the wrong product i haven't received my money back. the only communication method they have is email. no phone no chat available. the last email i had few days ago was to have patience. patience with my money and their mistake. never again from a website that doesn't offer direct costumer service.

This company its abuse to its customers is amazing.
3 months and they are still fighting with GLS to find the package, even after 30 days i have told them i cancel the purchase.
Now ghey make me wait another x amount of time keep asking me signing papers where i confirm that i did not receive the package.
3 days and i will file a small claims procedure to get my money back.
Do not do business with them.

Package arrived without any damages.
Checked all parts,nothing broken or missing.
Normaal delivery was on friday,deliverd after the weekend on monday,but that was due to the delivery Company.

Delivery service is a total disaster! Asking clints for their opinion before delivery of the job/ product is very arrogant, thus not acceptable

I want to return one item because it does not fit my current installation, but when I enter my order number, I cannot return it because it was a business purchase. These conditions were not clearly stated at the time of purchase. I will not make any further purchases here.
