Damaged product, poor customer service
Unfortunately, the product arrived bent and was clearly defective. I reported the issue through the proper channels and submitted a formal complaint, but I have not received any response or follow-up. I expected much better customer service and support in resolving the issue.

köszönjük, hogy megosztotta tapasztalatát. Sajnáljuk, hogy a reklamációs ügyintézés jelenlegi állása nem felelt meg az elvárásainak.
Szeretnénk azonban pontosítani, hogy az Ön által augusztus 14-én benyújtott reklamáció jelenleg a reklamációs osztály feldolgozása alatt áll. A vonatkozó jogszabályok alapján a fogyasztói panaszok/reklamációk elbírálására a vállalkozásnak 30 nap áll rendelkezésére (a fogyasztóvédelemről szóló 1997. évi CLV. törvény 17/A. § rendelkezései alapján). Természetesen kollégáink minden esetben igyekeznek a lehető leghamarabb megoldást találni, azonban a kivizsgálás időtartama függ a reklamáció jellegétől és az esetleges szükséges egyeztetésektől.
Fontos kiemelnünk, hogy a reklamációk szakmai elbírálását nem az ügyfélszolgálat végzi, hanem külön erre kijelölt reklamációs osztály, amely a szükséges információk és dokumentumok alapján hozza meg a döntést.
Megértjük, hogy gyorsabb megoldást várt volna, és sajnáljuk az ezzel járó kellemetlenséget. Amint a reklamáció elbírálása megtörténik, kollégáink haladéktalanul felveszik Önnel a kapcsolatot a további teendőkkel kapcsolatban.
