I cannot recommend the 85-hour Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training highly enough. The course was incredibly engaging, informative, and deeply rewarding.
Sally's wealth of knowledge, experience, and genuine passion for teaching created such an inspiring learning environment, leaving me feeling confident and empowered to support women through pregnancy.
Completing the training whilst pregnant made it even more meaningful, allowing me to apply the learning to my own journey. I know the knowledge and skills I've gained will have a lasting impact on both my personal experience and my future teaching.
Thank you for such a supportive and heartfelt training. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to become a knowledgeable and compassionate pre & postnatal yoga teacher.
I recently did a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Sally: it was a great experience! I loved how Sally managed to break our very long days with practice, theory, group work, more movements and lots of laughter! She is a wonderful teacher!
Not only will you learn how to confidently and safely include pregnant women in a yoga class, sequence classes specifically for all the niche pre and post natal trimesters, but you will learn things that go far beyond pregnancy yoga.
If you are a yoga teacher, or remotely interested in yoga, sequencing, movement, or wellness in general, I cannot speak highly enough of Sally Parkes. Sally is an expert in her field, and in life. She understands people, and leaves her students feeling energized, relaxed, safe, informed, and empowered. Be prepared to learn, laugh, and turn the cortisol all the way down. This type of yoga teaches that movement and looking after yourself go hand in hand, and that movement, like life, is ever-evolving and accessible to everyone.
Please take this course. Keep learning, living, and moving, in any phase of life. Namaste.

I loved the interaction of the group. Also, the knowledge of both Sally and Naomi have and their guest teachers. A big plus, was been able to download the videos so I can go back over everything.
I really enjoyed my training with Sally. It’s amazing how much I learnt in such a short space of time. Sally keeps everything engaging and interesting, so I felt focused and involved throughout. The sessions didn’t feel overly formal, which created a relaxed, comfortable environment that made learning feel natural and enjoyable.
It was also lovely to connect with the other students and create a community with other teachers.
Thank you to Naomi for helping to lead the course too!
Sally excels as an instructor, creating a beautifully planned and seamless training experience. Her ability to foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere made it easy for participants to communicate freely and learn collaboratively. I found the hybrid format—four days in person and two online, mainly on weekends—particularly convenient for integrating into my schedule. Sally and her team were incredibly accommodating, displaying warmth, kindness, and openness throughout. The course offered a wealth of knowledge on pregnancy, pregnancy yoga, and postnatal yoga, spanning from practical applications to scientific insights. It was all fascinating, and I am enthusiastic about applying what I’ve learned in the future.

As a yoga teacher, I was interested to learn more about perimenopause and menopause from a yogic perspective, and the Sally Parkes Menoyoga Teacher Training really delivered. The course is informative and well-rounded, with movement practices, expert lectures, and excellent content on herbalism for peri and menopause. The team is responsive, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very rich in information. Creative ideas for teaching this population of Yogis. Live learning offered option for questions and expanded learning. Wonderful to have this opportunity to access from so far away. Time changes were hard but well worth the experience. Openly generous with offering support and sharing of resources well beyond this course.

I have now done 3 different courses with Sally Parkes, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training, Advanced Postnatal Yoga and now Menoyoga®. Sally and her team do such a wonderful job at creating a very supportive space for learning, combining modern science with ancient yoga practices, and bringing in other professionals from different modalities (nurses, naturopaths, herbalists, etc) to give a rounded education. I always enjoy the trainings with Sally and I highly recommend them!

I first trained with Sally Parkes in 2016, completing my Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training face-to-face. From the very beginning, her teaching style stood out: concise, clear, grounded, and incredibly supportive. She has a rare ability to blend anatomy, science, and the spiritual foundations of yoga — from breathwork to mantra and mudra — in a way that feels both practical and inspiring.
Sally is humble, down-to-earth, and genuinely dedicated to her students. Nothing about her is flashy; she teaches from experience, knowledge, and deep respect for yoga and for women’s bodies.
After my first course with her, I felt fully prepared and confident to start teaching pregnant women straight away. Since then, I’ve completed two more trainings with her — Menopause Yoga and Pelvic Floor — and each one has strengthened my understanding and shaped my teaching style in meaningful ways. She also has an exceptional understanding of how to use props creatively and safely.
Sally has made a huge imprint on my professional journey, and I’m already planning to continue with another postnatal training with her. I truly couldn’t recommend her courses more.

I loved this course so much!
An incredible, thoughtful course, with brilliant guest speakers. It was brilliantly organised and informative. Loved Sally's vibe, and it shines through in her classes, and her teaching style. Her lectures include great depth into anatomy, and the care needed for pregnant and postpartum women x

Sally is a wonderful teacher. The training was so well thought out and organised. Sally created a warm, friendly environment, where it was easy to chat openly and learn together. I appreciated the hybrid learning approach - 4 days in person and 2 days online, with the majority being over weekends, as this helped me to fit the training into my life easily. Sally and the team were also very accommodating in general and so warm and kind and open. I learnt so much about pregnancy and pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga. From practical, to scientific, we covered so much! It was all super interesting and I look forward to putting what I learnt into practice in the future.
